Our furnace stopped working on a Thursday and we had no heat in the beginning of January. We choose to go with Northlake after looking at a couple of companies. They were able to get the job done asap so we didnt go without heat. They worked their magic and the guys were great. They made a special trip to their warehouse and got a furnace and after a long day for all we now have heat. Thank you Ashley and her crew for everything you have done for us. Would definitely recommend this company.

Cory Tim solved a plumbing issue for us today. He was professional and personable and efficient. We appreciated that he called to confirm our appointment and showed up on time, calling us when he was on the way. We have additional plumbing issues and a gas line repair and wil definitely call on Cory again.

We were having issues with our main drain line from our home. Cody came out and took his time to explain the options. He was never pushy, wasn’t trying to upsell, and was very educational. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and integrity.

Kudos to Cody at Northlake Mechanical in Manistee. I had an older model shower valve cartridge that went bad. Cody showed up on time and was personable. He diagnosed the problem quickly, showed me where to order the hard-to-find replacement part from, and showed me how to replace it. It saved me a second service call fee and allowed me to fix the issue myself on a weekend day. Customer service matters. Northlake has earned my future business. Give them a try!

Northlake Mechanical did an outstanding job with the work they completed at Wander In! From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, their team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Northlake Mechanical chose my mother in law for a furnace giveaway, and they were an absolute God send. She was without a furnace and no means to get one and Northlake gave her a brand new furnace and install!!! Not only do they help others in need, they were kind, and very easy to coordinate with. They are always giving back to our community, and we are grateful to have such an amazing family owned and operated business here that is always giving back. The furnace works like a dream and her heat bill has been cut in half since the new efficient one was installed. Thanks again Northlake for coming through in a time of need.

This last summer we called Northlake Mechanical in a panic after our AC stopped working in our rental property, which is above our gift shop. At the time we were renting the apartment as an airbnb with a family in the unit when it went out & a new renter showing up the next day. Northlake not only called us back quickly but the owner showed up himself after hours to help us figure it out. The quick response won us over immediately. In the summer my hot water heater went out, in the middle of one of the worst snow storms and cold temperatures my furnace went out. I called Ashley and John at Northlake Mechanical and they had us up in running in less than 24 hours both times. Great customer service, great people sent to our homes to work on our stuff would highly recommend over and over to anyone. Thank you!

Within minutes of calling Northlake mechanical they dispatched a technician to our house. They diagnosed and retrieved parts and had our heat back on and running within hours. Cody stayed later than bussiness hours and had us warmed up before the - 30 plus temps happening tonight and tomorrow. A true god send! Highly recommended for any HVAC work!
