Northlake installed a HVAC system at my home. They did a superb job and greatly cut my heating cost. They even personally delivered a beautiful gift from a local merchant when the job was complete. Very thoughtful. I highly recommend Northlake Mechanical. Great team!!

We were having issues with our main drain line from our home. Cody came out and took his time to explain the options. He was never pushy, wasn’t trying to upsell, and was very educational. I greatly appreciated his professionalism and integrity.

100% recommend!! I was without heat in January on a Friday afternoon. When I called them, they were very kind, helpful, and were going to get it done for me!!! They came out that afternoon, with the part! No extra fees! Thank you!!! (I had called two other companies: they were booked, would charge after hours fees $$$ just to look. If it was the circuit breaker, they would need to order it and would take 4 days!)

Reception ladies communication was very good. She got me in as soon as possible! The guys punctuality was great. He fixed my furnace issue. Not a problem. He was polite friendly and most importantly Very professional! Absolutely no complains. 12 out of 10 recommend! Very happy I went to them.

Within minutes of calling Northlake mechanical they dispatched a technician to our house. They diagnosed and retrieved parts and had our heat back on and running within hours. Cody stayed later than bussiness hours and had us warmed up before the - 30 plus temps happening tonight and tomorrow. A true god send! Highly recommended for any HVAC work!

Awesome service! Came out last minute on New Year's Day and was honest about the problem being more minor than expected. Will definitely stick with them for any HVAC services moving forward.

Our 100 year old boiler system had gone from 15 operating radiators to 5. Northlake agreed to take it on and it was fascinating to see the methodical and exact way they resurrected the boiler and system. Professional, honest, prompt, and we were included in finding solutions. Our cost was very reasonable and we will be warm this winter! Best Recommendation for a first class local company. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service — Twice! We first called Northlake Mechanical LLC last year when we were having trouble with our A/C. They came out right away, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave us a clear, detailed estimate — something we couldn’t even get from other companies we contacted. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we weren’t able to move forward with the repair at that time. Fast forward to this year: when we reached back out, they were once again prompt and professional — and they honored the same price they quoted us last year. That level of integrity means a lot these days. They ordered the new condenser unit and showed up quickly to install it. Today it poured rain the entire time they were working, but that didn’t stop them — they worked non-stop until our A/C was up and running again. This was especially important because my wife runs a daycare in our home, and having a comfortable environment for the children is absolutely essential. We are incredibly grateful for the service, professionalism, and commitment Northlake Mechanical showed us — not once, but twice. We originally contacted Northlake to install a water softener system, and a r/o water filtration system. They installed both in a timely manner, from the initial contact to the finished product. Our installer, Cody, was pleasant to work with and would recommend 5/5. We threw Cody and Northlake for several loops; the first was when, before the filtration systems were installed, our elderly water heater broke down. Cody was out nearly immediately with a new heater, so we only went a couple days without hot water. The second time was when we decided to have a new sink and faucet put in; Cody did that without a hesitation, and got the job done quickly and professionally. The person we dealt with on the phones was helpful, and if there were questions she couldn’t answer, had Cody contact us which he did nearly immediately (if not in the middle of a job). I recommend Northlake Mechanical based on our experience with them.
