Called this local number and got through to a person in Brisbane who claimed they don't pick up in my local area in Ballina despite their taxi turning up in front of me. Really abrupt customer service. Will not use them and would not recommend them especially when a call centre in Brisbane hasn't a clue about the Ballina LGA.
