On 7/28/2023 I had the wonderful pleasure of Russ and his team at Northeastern Roofing complete a total rip out and new roof installation at my home. I am so happy with the end result! I really can’t say enough what a GREAT all around company they are. From the initial roof inspection, deciding on best course of action, choosing material colors with Mirela who was wonderful and very knowledgable woman and a HUGE help, the contract, scheduling, and most importantly the work start to finish….everything was handled so very PROFESSIONAL! Russ was in constant contact keeping me abreast every step of the way, answering ALL my of questions/concerns and putting my mind at total ease. His team is so nice, respectful of not only myself, my home, and my property but also my neighbors. They are all VERY hardworking and so efficient in their time & work. They were at my home 10 minutes before scheduled start time and ready to rock & roll. They completed the job FLAWLESSLY in 9 hours and I didn’t even find 1 nail after their through clean up! I am VERY thankful and so pleased I choose Russ & Northeastern Roofing for this major project at my home! In the few days since I have gotten countless compliments from friends, family, neighbors and total strangers stopping and admiring the great workmanship! Russ & Northeastern Roofing are wonderful people that truly know how to conduct HONEST, and just top notch business which is so tough to come by now a days! Thank you guys for everything, we are so so happy and will recommend you to everyone!

Russ and his crew just did a family member’s roof. Price was fantastic, work was outstanding, all around great job. Came on the day they said they would be there. Crew was polite, efficient and cleaned up after the job: it looked like they had never been there. Roof looks fantastic and he even fixed a couple of things at his cost. Thank you Northeastern!

Above and beyond our expectations. You don't come in contact with genuine people anymore these days and Russ and his company are just that genuine, honest, and hardworking. I had a total gut job and new roof replacement by Russ and his crew. Not only did they fit me into their very busy schedule before winter, but they were done in 1.5 days! The finished product is stunning, to say the least. Russ was attentive, patient and answered all of my questions (I had several). He took the stress out of this elaborate project and remained transparent and honest throughout the entire process. Russ and his team are reliable, honest and operate with the utmost integrity. I can assure you that Russ remains attentive even after the project has been completed… I ran into some homeowner’s insurance issues and Russ made himself available to conference call the claims adjuster. We contacted Russell to help with tornado repairs. We needed an estimate for our siding and roof but also needed someone to look at our garage that was blown off its foundation. He immediately sent me the name of someone who can help with that project and he also told me about a grant that I could apply for. Russel is awesome!!
