Went here for a QTC Leidos C&P exam. Deneane Berry was a very pleasant person. However, her reasoning is flawed. Due to this fact, I was denied service connection for tinnitus. Served as a crew chief on flightline in service (high noise probability MOS). She stated that being a bus driver (my civilian occupation) is a high noise job. First, this is inaccurate according to the VA as they rate this (motor transport operator) as moderate noise exposure in their opinion (on rackety motor pool transport buses). Second, I drove a civilian over the road coach/ luxury type bus. On these buses, the engine is 45 feet behind the driver, not like other buses that the engine is directly in front of the driver. They don't hand out hearing protection to passengers who get on these buses because they are extremely insulated from noise .People watch movies on these buses without headphones. Third, my symptoms started 6 or 7 years before I ever drove a bus so documentation was not consulted before opinion of service connection. In the end, this company is paid by the VA. Of course the VA wants them to deny service connection. Deneane is very pleasant but don't share any info with her that she is going to manipulate to deny you service connection. This audiology group is a business. They get a ton of business from C&P exams. If they service connect too much, QTC Leidos will drop them.

Dr. Berry was absolutely awesome! She explained everything in detail and gave me a challenge coin when it was over. I highly recommend her for any hearing needs. Thank you Dr. Berry!

I am so very glad I met the testing person. Unfortunately her name escapes me at the moment but she was the most beautiful person I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She took all the time needed to make sure I understood the testing process. Was so very patient with me when I didn’t respond to the a portion of the test properly. My appointment at Northeast Occupational was very detailed and professional. The doctor paid close attention to my concerns and issues. In addition, the hearing examine was brief, yet focused. Most importantly, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed. Great doctor and staff.

Dr. Berry is great. She is warm and doesn't rush you. I get so anxious at C and P exams but she was so calming and welcoming. I would surely recommend her for your audiology needs. Thanks for making the process so smooth Dr. Berry.

Good experience........properly greeted and made to be comfortable. Was on time and was taken in as scheduled. Was properly briefed on what to expect and the session went well and on-time. Dr. Berry was courteous and explained each phase of the process.

This morning my husband had an appointment, first the receptionist was friendly, waiting room was very clean. My husband said Dr D. Berry was very nice and knowledgeable, she explained the process and paperwork properly. After the test he saw her sanitized the headphones etc. Was very happy the office was open on a Sunday.

The whole process was well orchestrated from the initial appointment call, confirmation text prior and the actual appointment. The doctor was friendly, very professional and direct to the point which helps to expedite the whole procedure of testing. I am very grateful that they travel to NH for us. Thank you
