Northeast Florida Heating and Air, Inc. replaced my entire AC system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. They arrived right on time at 9 AM and were completely finished around noon. The crew was very professional, clean, and respectful of my home. Brandon and the two guys he sent out to do the job were absolutely amazing. They worked efficiently, explained everything clearly, and took the time to walk me through every aspect of the new thermostat. Setting up the appointment was quick and easy, and the price was extremely fair and competitive compared to others I looked at. I felt completely comfortable with everyone working on my system and have zero complaints. The Technician, Dave who gave me a quote was friendly in all our interactions. This was the third company I called for a quote. He was the only one who showed up on time, maintained professionalism, and answered all my questions with explanations. I would definitely use this company again

Northeast Florida Heating and Air is by far the best HVAC company in Jacksonville. We’ve been using them for over 20 years for personal and rental properties and they are very dependable, fast response and affordable for repair and replacement of all our HVAC needs.

We needed help on a Sunday evening ! Our AC stopped working and we called Northeast Florida Heating and Air, thinking we would get just their voice message and probably hear from them on Monday. That was NOT the case! Jeff came to recue us, did a great job, fixed the issue and we back on track with a much cooler house now! Northeast Florida A/C made it easy to make an appointment right away, that fit my schedule. The tech, Kevin, couldn’t have been better. He arrived during the designated time, and was professional, courteous, and efficient. He also was knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions. He didn’t leave a mess. The home we purchased had an A/C upgrade, an air purifier; but it didn’t work. Our senior community takes care of repairs, service, and replacement of our A/C system. However, since the air purifier was an added upgrade, it wasn’t covered. We had a similar air purifier at our previous home, and wanted one here, especially since we have pets. We were prepared to spend hundreds if dollars to replace the air purifier unit; but Kevin was able get it working great; perform maintenance, and save us a lot of money. We only paid the minimum service fee, less than $100! Our senior living community uses Northeast Florida A/C; and I see why.
