The washer didnt wash my clothes , and thank God this man help me with 4.50 to wash my clothes again. And its doing it again its been 5 mins into the wash and the washer is not washing my clothes . Never coming here again 😡

This laundry has no contact number for refunds if machines don't work, it's also a sweatbox air conditioning set to a very minimal temperature to cool. I recommend not coming here

i had a issue with the laundry machine. Washing clothes asking 7-8$ and after I add 2.50$ I cant able to add anymore coins in it. And they dont have an emergency number to call someone to figure it out. And this happen to me 2-3 times. So I recommend people not to go over here for laundry if you dont want to lose money.

Got there early morning to have a cup of coffee and wash clothes.. garbage can turned over with dirty diapers and other trash all over the floor, the washer we used did not put water into the machine at an attic unit level to clean soiled clothes, after arriving and waiting for the clothes we realized there was urine in one of the washers so that was why the entire place reeked, before we could leave for some strange reason the police showed up and started asking people if they were washing clothes or not, etc. I think if the owners (who I’m sure have cameras since they’re open 24 hours a day) were to take appropriate care of the facility the police wouldn’t have to show up and see who’s doing why or why it’s vandalized. Surprised nobody called the health department - dirty diapers all over the floor and pee in the washer when the washers don’t even fill up with water right, highly unsanitary! Wish I could give it more stars, but today was definitely way too strange.

Lost $ 1.50 at the „soap center“ machine. There is a phone number posted, but as I live overseas a minute of calling would cost me more than it’s worth. Would be nice if they had an email address. Unfortunately I didn’t read the previous reviews until after. Seems to be a known issue.

I appreciate that they are open twenty four hours a day as I usually only have time to wash my clothes late at night. Clean, reasonably priced, and close to home, make this my choice for late night laundry chores.

Do not use this place, you will be threatened by the owner. The prices aren’t worth it. Just had the owner fix his washer so I could get my wash into a dryer (it was one of MANY broken washers, the door wouldn’t open and my wash was done) and seconds later he tells me to not park in front of his laundry mat after I bought some cream cheese next door. I am currently using the laundry mat, I have a load drying and I am waiting on the dryer to finish (an hour) — it took me less than 10 minutes to buy some cream cheese. But the mere act of being somewhere else briefly (maybe you ran home, maybe you went and bought some coffee, or maybe you wanted to grab a snack from the bagel shop next door, etc.) while you wait on the laundry was enough for the owner to confront me in the parking lot. When I told him I have a load in the laundry mat and I am actually using his services he just tells me “this is for parking for laundry I almost had your car towed” and then he proceeded to write down my license plate number. Later he comes up to try and apologize, he blames his behavior ON the customers “it’s just the customers complain there is no parking” and I explain “I am a customer and you’re telling me not to park here.” I won’t be back here and I don’t recommend this place to anyone. The owner doesn’t take responsibility for harassing patrons and blames his customers for his horrible behavior.

Dirty. Detergents are purposely not in the vending machine so you lose your quarters. Has happened 3 to 5 times now, not filled once. Illicit business practice. The person who collects coins (owner's son?) is very rude and bratty. Stay away.

I come to this laundromat because of the halo effect the bagel store creates. Unfortunately, it's not as effective as it once was. The laundromat was a hotspot for the homeless for a while, until the owner installed a metal door frame and metal door on the bathroom. It's a positive that there is no bathroom here, nor is there an available power outlet to charge a phone. There are fewer homeless here than there were a couple months ago. The owner now needs to figure out more ways to make this place less hospitable, and it will improve more. Maybe remove the chairs?

Came to this place because it's close to my house. But won't ever be back. Got ripped off at the soap machine, loaded my laundry into a machine only to find out it's broken. Moved my clothes to the next machine and guess what? That one's broken too. Finally got a machine that "worked" but it took half of the cycle time to fill with water.
