I had a pretty bad water leak over the course of a week and a half and nobody was able to figure out why. I contacted North Texas Sprinkler Repair and was able to get an appointment within less than 48 hours. Ricky was very responsive via text to confirm additional details. Upon arrival Oscar and his partner were able diagnose the problem right away and did a great job of educating me for future reference and addressing all my questions. They were extremely polite, thorough and even did multiple tests once the repair was done to ensure I didn't have any issues. They also offered to leave their sticker on my unit so I know who to call going forward. I would definitely recommend to others!

UPDATE: I got a phone call from the company later that day when they realized they missed the appointment. Very nice and very accommodating to "make it right". They were at my house first thing Monday morning. Things happen, but they certainly did show their customer service by making it right! Thank you! If I go with them for the service I will update again! So I called and told them the problem, made an appointment for them to come out. They never showed up. I guess that's a good clue to not do business with them.
