Wow!! Our home looks newly built!! North Pointe just completed painting the exterior of our home....Absolute Perfection!! The crew was excellent, hard working, professional, nice. Exquisite workmanship. The owner, Karen was absolutely excellent and so easy to work with. Cost was reasonable. Highly recommended. Whoever gives these one star reviews, I would love to know why, the poor reviews can not be legit. You cannot have a better paint company!!

As with any good project the quality is in the preparation. North Pointe did an excellent job of replacing and installing a significant amount of trim. Our house is over 40 years old and with many homes of this vintage, the underlying wood has deteriorated to a point of no return. The beautiful paint work was the "icing on the cake ". We are completely satisfied with NP team. Thanks Karen , Daniel, and Manuel for making our home look fresh and beautiful. 👍🙏

The painter did an excellent job. Calking was clean and tidy. The pant coverage was consistent. No overspray. The painters were respectful. I have no hesitation to recommend North Pointe.

We recently had the pleasure of hiring North Pointe Painting & Carpentry for an exterior painting project, and we couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, their professionalism and craftsmanship were exceptional. This project included painting James Hardie siding, wood bump outs, front door, metal peak and an aging cedar deck. Our initial quote included carpentry areas needing replaced and were informed there could be additional pieces found at the start of the project. At the start of the project, the crew arrived as planned and took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of our exterior. The carpentry team was skilled and efficient, replacing rotting wood and repairing damaged areas with high-quality materials. Their craftsmanship was evident – they ensured the repairs blended seamlessly with the existing structure, making it look like it had always been that way. We are thankful that the crew ensured the foundation of the exterior was solid to ensure longevity of the exterior project. When it came time to paint, the crew worked diligently, prepping the surfaces meticulously. They took the time to scrape, sand, caulk and prime where necessary, ensuring a long-lasting finish. I had chosen Sherwin Williams Grizzle Gray for the exterior color and had initially passed on painting the trim a different color (to cut some cost). When Steve (owner) stopped by to track the progress, he encouraged us to consider the trim option; my concern was finding the right color. Steve contacted their color consultant, and she was able to stop in the next day and work with me to choose not only the trim color, but also reassessed my choice of deck stain. Due to the aging wood, she suggested a solid stain over semi-transparent. I am SO glad Steve encouraged us to reconsider the trim color, the lighter trim really enhanced the exterior beauty beyond my imagination and the solid stain helped hide the amount of carpentry work needed on the deck. What really stood out to me throughout the project was the amount of pride Steve and the crew take in their trade. They truly wanted us to be happy with the final result and the transformation of our exterior is incredible! I highly recommend North Pointe to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality exterior painting and carpentry services. Their combination of skill, professionalism, and customer service truly sets them apart.

We had a great experience with North Point Painting! Karen came out initially to quote the job on our house in on the outside and was very pleasant! We liked her quote and we had a few different companies out for quotes! We liked how she came off more than the others also! The power washing guy came out and seemed to do a really nice job and i pointed out a few areas that could use better attention on and he definitely took care of those issues! Was very pleased! A couple days later the paint crew showed up and on time, ( each day!), they addressed the areas that needed Wood replacement and took care of it! They worked hard and long hours and got the job done quite well and we couldn’t be happier! The beginning of October ! Now for quotes for the inside! Great job guys!

This review below was initially posted in May 2025. Karen reached out to me immediately and asked me to remove it and she said she would make sure things were taken care of. Here we are in December 2025 and nothing has changed the original review that is below. For reference we spent over $10,000 on paint and wood repairs. Patient the exterior of our home in the summer of 2023. Initial job was great however, when it came to the one year warranty there was an has been zero response or communication on their part in honor of warranting that. I emailed and contacted them in May 2024 with pictures and details. I emailed them again in August, no response phone call or anything. I had to pick up the phone and call them in order to get a response and speak to Karen and Steve. They told me they would make it right and then I was number eight on the list. Karen was supposed to come out and see what needed to be taken care of and that never happened. I have all of my emails with pictures and documentation. Fast-forward to May 2025, there was still no follow up or communication. They are a professional company and should be honoring their warranty and word. So while I would like to recommend them, unfortunately, they have not honored their word or communicated all these years later.

I had a great experience with North Pointe Painting. They operated with the professionalism and care you’d expect from a family-owned business. They transformed our dated 1970s yellow and red brick home into something modern and sleek in just two days! Before they began, the business leader personally stopped by to review everything we had discussed in previous conversations. He made sure we were on the same page and that all expectations were clearly set and agreed upon. The crew worked fast, but the quality of their work was top-notch. They also did a thorough walk-through with me at the end to ensure I was completely satisfied, addressing any concerns I had. The combination of speed, quality, and their attention to detail was impressive. I would definitely recommend North Pointe Painting and will use them again in the future!

We used North Pointe for the exterior painting of our home which was just completed yesterday. The pricing was competitive and included a color consult which was very helpful in matching our current color scheme. The workers were all very friendly and did a great job working on a rather hot and humid day. They showed up on time and amazingly finished the painting in one day. Karen and Cassie did great guiding us through the process. Thanks again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for painting!

Excellent work done on repair of wood/ window repairs followed by excellent painting. We were delayed from rain but I am thrilled with final product! I also used their recommended paint consultant to confirm my paint choices and absolutely love how it turned out! Steve was extremely attentive to my concerns throughout this process.
