I worked with Dan and my experience with him was nothing short of professional. We had a great experience working with Trevor who patiently walked us through the various boat models and features, guiding us to the perfect model for our family, the Monterey Elite 27. Trevor demonstrated authoritative knowledge of the boat and guided us to the best boating areas and on the water restaurants around Jacksonville. We never felt rushed or pressured throughout the process which was appreciated as we had a lot to learn. Just purchased a used Monterey 275 SY from them. The boat was originally sold there. Danny, the sales rep was great, knowledgeable and communicated very well throughout the process and went above and beyond to make sure I understood the operations of the boat. They also were kind enough to accommodate short term storage until I was able to find permanent dry storage. Overall a great experience and I highly recommend buying new or used with N. Purchased a beautiful top notch boat this month and I must say I was treated with first class. From communication, education, time on the water for training, to purchasing all the way to making sure the loading process was 10/10. Dan really took care of me and I’m just thankful I got a chance to work with him. Once I returned to my state I had some issues with my state being clueless with the transfer side of things, so Dan made sure he was able to communicate with them to get everything put together. Gold stars across the board I’m grateful for Dan Welsh awesome guy knows his stuff.

I recently retired a few months earlier in the year and now that I have some extra time available and We have six grandchildren to make special memories with. I decided I was going to purchase our first boat, after shopping around on the Internet and having a lot of discussion with individuals that have had a lot of boating ownership experience. I decided to purchase a good low hour used Tritoon boat and after visiting a couple of other dealerships. I made a visit to the North Florida Yacht Sales Dealership in Jacksonville Florida, and The pleasure of meeting an extremely knowledgeable sales person that has been an absolute pleasure to deal with (His name is Trevor Failor) to be honest I found myself somewhat intimidated when I would visit the dealerships just because I didn’t know a whole lot about boating. Trevor could not have been more helpful, polite, and made me feel extremely comfortable throughout the entire buying experience. I would Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new or used boat. Make sure to ask for Trevor although I hear there’s other very good sales people at this same dealership, plus the Owner was actively involved and was very accommodating. No doubt, I am still learning, but feel like I could pick up the phone and call Trevor or text him at any time and he would happily answer my questions or provide the necessary information I might need.
