I had an old but very nice area rug cleaned by them and they did a super job. They picked up the rug, cleaned it carefully in their shop, and returned it in beautiful shape. They kept to their agreed upon schedule and their price was very reasonable. I was very pleased and will use them again in the future. Highly recommended.

I am a first-time customer and could not be more pleased with the service that I received from North Coast Carpet Care. My technician, Juan, was professional, courteous, and did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He arrived when he said he was going to and represented himself with the upmost respect for my home and my time. He did a thorough job and explained the process as he went along. In the end, this excellent customer service will keep me coming back for years to come. And it should also be noted that the estimate I was given was much lower than their competitors which was an added bonus.
