Hello... I wanted to take a moment to give a well-deserved shout-out to JOHN and WYATT from North by Northwest services....and the third gentleman with the goatee and cool sunglasses (apologies for not catching your name). From the moment they arrived, these guys assessed the issues, rolled up their sleeves, and worked literally from sunup to sundown. They were professional, thorough, and somehow unfazed by my dogs—who not only tested their patience but also managed to make a few new friends along the way. What stood out most to me was how a discrepancy in a vague estimate was handled. Instead of deflecting responsibility, passing the buck, or trying to smooth things over with hollow talk, one of the guys (John) stepped up immediately and took action. No excuses. No finger-pointing. Just ownership and follow-through. In today’s world, that is rarer than it should be. The job they said they would do was completed—plain and simple. My home is now safe, which means my children are safe, and that means everything to me. When it really comes down to it, a person’s word is all they have, and John and Wyatt honored theirs!!! As new homeowners, you don’t always know what surprises you’re going to uncover—and trust me, this house had a full-blown electrical carnival going on behind the scenes. These young gentlemen made complex issues look manageable and took the time to clearly explain what was happening, what our options were, and why certain decisions mattered. Communication was consistent, respectful, and straightforward. Bottom line: This crew, working for this company is outstanding. If you have the option, ask for these gentlemen—you won’t regret it!! Thank you again John & Wyatt (And the goatee guy I cannot remember!), from our family to yours, for your hard work, integrity, and for making our home safe. We hope you all have a blessed holiday!!

INTEGRITY, HONESTY those are values and commitments that mean something to me. I don’t know how much time I have left on this planet due to health problems but I can tell you that John and Wyatt made sure my family will be safe in their home and in good hands and I greatly appreciate that more than words can ever say. Even when dealing with unpleasant situations these two kept a level head and went above and beyond to make sure the house was safe “ as it was it definitely was not” and to make the best out of it. Great service, and extremely fast! We called them for our business, as a light ballast had gone out and was interrupting work for our artists. They arrived in a couple hours and replaced the fixture with one that will last so much longer and save us money in the long run! Thank you so much for your excellent service! I had half the electricity in my house stop working. It wasn’t an emergency but someone was able to come out and look within 24 hours and the work was completed quickly. I appreciate the good communication and responsive service.

Very impressed with the service Troy provided! We needed emergency service at our business and he had a tech out to help us in less than 2 hours, who found and fixed the problem immediately! Their pricing is very reasonable, and they are a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again in the future, as well as confidently recommending them to others!

We had to get electrical service run to a new hot tub on our patio, and NXNW sent Todd and Wyatt to do the work. The job was probably not the most pleasant, due to some of what we were looking for, but those guys dug in and crushed it! A large part of the job was to get into the crawlspace beneath my 30 year old house, and I didn’t envy them for it, but Todd knocked it out with a smile and a great attitude! The work the guys did was technically and aesthetically superb, and they did it all while remaining friendly, upbeat, and very polite. Wyatt is still new to the trade, but I could see that he was competent and energetic, and even had to customize a piece for a section of cable. If I ever need any further electrical, I intend to call NXNW, and I intend to request Todd and Wyatt! Highly recommended!

I would highly recommend this company. Trent was our electrician and he was awesome! He was wonderful at communicating and explaining what would be done. They were so accommodating on the dates I requested for the work done. Thank you for a job very well done!

I highly recommend North by Northwest Electric. I have always tried to use local businesses when hiring jobs out but most times I don't get a resonse, and/or they don't show up. That was not the case with North by Northwest. I scheduled my appointment online which was very easy to do. Troy showed up on time, gave an estimate and immediately started work. There ended up being a lot more work that needed to be done then we thought. They stayed the whole day to make sure things got done, and they came back on a Sunday and worked all day long to finish the job. Troy and his crew were very knowledgeable, friendly and so easy to work with. Their work passed inspection and the inspector said they did a great job. I absolutely will use Troy if needed in the future, and I will recommend them to anyone needing an electrician. I would give more than 5 stars if I could!
