Our home suffered significant damage from a water leak in the attic, which ruined walls, hardwood floors, and kitchen cabinets. North Alabama Restoration (NAR) was hired to complete a full renovation, which grew to include a highly desired structural change. Our experience with Project Manager Gary Wise, was phenomenal. Gary was professional, empathetic, and highly knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the complexities of all task, to include, but not limited to, the removal of the kitchen wall with clarity. His communication was exceptional, with daily updates and constant availability. Gary’s coordination was outstanding. Managing one of the best teams I’ve had the pleasure of working with (Hector, Anahi, Mario, Moises, Willian, Fernando), and seamlessly integrating the demo, framing, drywall, flooring, painting, cabinetry, and electrical teams was no small feat. He kept the project on track and minimized disruption to our daily life. The wall removal was the most impressive part. The process was handled expertly, from proper beam installation to seamlessly integrating the new open space. The transition between the old and new areas is flawless, with perfect ceiling lines and flooring alignment. The damaged sections were perfectly matched. The new flooring flows beautifully throughout our home without a hint of inconsistency. The painting was a meticulous work that created a cohesive look throughout the combined living area. The new kitchen is now the centerpiece of our open living area. The design and installation are superb, making it both highly functional and socially connected to the living room. We would also like to thank Brandon, who walked us through every step of the insurance process with expert knowledge and clarity. What started as a damaging leak became an opportunity to completely transform our home. Removing the wall was a game-changer, and it was executed perfectly. Gary and NAR exceeded every expectation. Their ability to manage a complex, multi-phase project with such professionalism and skill is remarkable. We now have a beautiful, modern, open living space that we absolutely love. I highly recommend North Alabama Restorations, Inc. They have done a wonderful job for us on two separate occasions. First of all, their thorough and detailed damage assessments and estimates were readily accepted by our insurance company (Hartford). They communicated with the insurance company and provided us with detailed paperwork. Once the jobs were scheduled, the work crews unfailingly arrived promptly when scheduled and worked diligently. They were fast, courteous, and competent. Gary Wise, our Senior Project Manager, kept us up to date on the progress and immediately took care of any minor concerns we had. We were very impressed and grateful..

North Alabama Restoration did an excellent job of mitigation at my father's house. They may also be doing the recon, but that is yet to be determined. They were very professional, took care in packing out and boxing up his belongings and furniture. They were extremely flexible on scheduling and always on time. Chris Russell, their mitigation crew chief was very knowledgeable, made sure his crew did what needed to be done in a timely manner and cleaned up as they finished everyday. Chris is definitely an amazing asset for this company. We definitely have his number saved if anything like this should happen in the future to any family or friends. Thank you NAR.

They did a really great job with packing our furniture and especially with the floor paneling, carpet, and base boards. They gave us updates and if we had any issues they were quick to respond. Gary was very kind and helpful walked us through to make sure everything was done correctly. Everything was placed back nice and neat and clean. Great Job N.A.R.!!

Great customer service and and workers I would highly recommend them to anyone to perfectly restore your home after a fire. They will not only rebuild your home, but will improve it. They are very committed to quality workmanship. Great communication skills.

I’m having mitigation and restoration done on my house due to a water leak. The past couple days, Jordan has been working here. He is a hard worker and very professional. He arrives, gets the job done, cleans up and on his way! Excellent worker! Just wanted to update my review. I self paid and then worked with my insurance company to get reimbursed. Liz took every picture that my insurance company needed to approve my claim! Lorin sent all of the links and pictures for me to send to the insurance company! My claim has been settled. My house is in order. An amazing restoration by North Alabama Restoration. They work hard to satisfy their customers. Shout out to The Lee Company for starting the repair for my original leak. I pray that I don’t need another repair. If I do, I’ll reach out to the amazing crew at North Alabama Restoration!!! Thanks!!!

North Alabama Restitution was recommended to us by a friend who deals in insurance. He said his customers were 100 percent satisfied by them. I called and they sent Matt out that day. He made his recommendations and after the testing he brought someone out to help us with our mold problems. He made recommendations and has been so helpful. Very thankful for Matthew and his expertise. Gives me peace of mind and hope through this wilderness of mold we’ve been dealing with that finally we will have a lasting solution. Chris and his team did an amazing job with mitigation and packing out. Everyone was very polite and respectful. Chris was great. First, I want to say that everyone I came in contact with from North Alabama Restorations went above and beyond to help me through this process. Camden Harrington was courteous and professional when she came to take measurements in my home. Gary Wise, the Project Manager, kept in constant contact through Basecamp, answered every call, took time to explain and reassure me as things came up. Everyone should have a Gary Wise to work with during a home renovation. The Maquez family never stopped working. Everytime, I looked up they were there. Very respectful and professional as they were painting, packing, cleaning, unloading trucks, unboxing my things and much more I’m sure I missed. I know there were many others involved in the renovation and they deserve a thank you as well. I pray I will not have to deal with another renovation, but should it arise I would not hesitate to use North Alabama Restorations again.

North Alabama Restoration was a God send for us! The team came in and assessed the situation, came up with the game plan and got busy!
