Scheduling a diesel smoke opacity (SAE J1667) test for your motorhome, truck, or fleet vehicle?
You’ll need your Test Group or Engine Family number ready BEFORE your appointment. This number is found on the Vehicle Emission Control Information (VECI) label — usually on the underside of your hood or engine bay.
Providing it in advance keeps your test fast, accurate, and avoids delays or failed results.
