I started working with Nora some time ago and I’m very happy with the guidance she provides. She knows exactly when and how to make adjustments, and her advice is always honest and sincere. What I really appreciate is that she takes the bigger picture into account, considering your overall situation and not just the workouts. Nora is thoughtful, flexible and encouraging, yet she also pushes you to do your best when needed. During my time with her I’ve grown a lot, both mentally and physically. I feel much more confident and comfortable in the gym now. She gives you plenty of tools and knowledge to continue progressing, even on your own. Nora quickly understands what I can handle and what I can’t, and she tailors her approach accordingly. Overall I experience our collaboration as extremely positive and motivating.
