I really don't understand this business! They have no phone number, they promise next day delivery that never happens, items appear to be in stock, and once you pay, it is out of stock!! My first order took 2 weeks to be delivered. Stupid me, I made another order and, guess what? Same thing, almost 10 days, and now it says my order is "on hold". I sent a message to customer service and hopefully I will get a response. Whether they are good or bad, my advice is, just avoid this place. There's nothing to guarantee order fulfilment, quality, or anything else.

Quality is not guaranteed, also poor customer service ever and sometimes no reply , Delivery takes more than advertised. They used to have great products and service. Hope they solve those issues

I made an order a while ago and they deactivated their email customer support. I’m confused, did they shut down? I’m down on money and have 0 ways of contacting them

To be honest I was a bit concerned with negative reviews and lack of contact information such as telephone number, I placed the order nonetheless, placed order on 12th of march and got it delivered on 14th of march, it was reasonably fast delivery. They are running promo so I got a good 10% discount too. I am looking forward to ordering more products from them. PS: A contact number for a customer to reach out would be good.
