i can't believe i've never eaten here before! everything was so amazing. right when you walk you see the employees hard at work pulling the handmade noodles and dumplings made fresh right in front of you. my favorite part about this place is how you can customize the noodles based on your likings. i got the thin noodles recommended by the worker in the big beef rib noodle soup and it did not disappoint! the soup had such hefty portions of the beef and the broth flavor was epic. the xiao long bao and pork buns were filled abundantly and held together very well. i particularly enjoyed the consistency of the xiao long bao and how the wrapping wasn't too thick or chewy. the string beans were flash fried to the perfect crunch and the texture of the beef pancake rolls was divine. this restaurant was spacious, clean, and well lit. they also have a room in the back i assume for banquets and parties if you're looking for a nice place to host a large gathering like a graduation or birthday celebration.

We arrived around 6pm. There was no wait while the restaurant was about half full. We got a spicy beef triple noodles (thick noodles) and a dry pot. The texture of the noodles was very good. However, both dishes were too salty. The dry pot was too oily and missing some numbing flavor.

I had chicken noodle soup. The broth is light and warm. The cucumber salad is a little bland. My boyfriend had lamb skewer and beef noodle. He said the broth of the beef noodle is too light and not flavorful enough to impress him, but the lamb skewer is the star of the show, really tasty. Service is fast. Restaurant is big and bright

This is the best noodle restaurant I visited this year! The restaurant looks so warm and cute. The service is good. The most important thing is that the soup of the noodle is so delicious, I ordered braised hand pulled beef noodle, the beef inside mixed with lean and also fat. It's soooo good, definitely give it a try!

This place gets pretty packed most of the tine. Went in for late lunch on weekend, Just couple of tables and the service was prompt! Ordered via QR code, very convenient. Braised beef Noodle Soup, little oily but flavorful. Lamb skewers took forever to come out and the taste was average -little dry and a lot of msg I believe. The only let down was one of the servers tooth-picking by the counter.

Very disappointing experience. When we arrived, the waiter told us to “sit wherever is empty.” We are a party of three and chose a larger table. Shortly after, the waiter came over and yelled at us, saying, “This is a table for five people. There are many smaller tables—why didn’t you choose one?” If we were instructed to sit wherever we felt comfortable, why were we being scolded for following that direction? The tone was extremely rude and unprofessional. It only got worse. When our chicken noodle soup was brought to the table, the waiter’s fingers were inside the bowl, touching the soup. It was completely unsanitary and honestly very disgusting. On top of the poor service and hygiene concerns, the food itself (dumplings and chicken noodle soup) was bland and not enjoyable. Overall: rude service, poor food quality, and unacceptable food handling. We will not be returning.

I ordered the ‘Fish in pickled cabbage and chili soup’ ($21.98) which I really enjoyed. The fish was so tender and soft, it went so well with the pickled cabbage. I ordered a side of rice to eat with it. I think next time I’ll ask them not to put peppers on it as I wanted to drink the soup but couldn’t because it was to spicy for my taste My friend ordered the ‘Oil spill noodles’ ($15.98), I didn’t try it but she seemed to enjoy it and finished the ahe bowl!

Randomly decided to bring the whole family to try a new place for dinner and we are pleasantly surprised! Most dishes are delicious but the most impressive part is their service. The water, small bowls, etc. automatically provide by the waitress without asking. Keep up the food quality and great service! We will be back for more!

My group went during the soft opening. My partner and I got the Buy 1 Get 1 soft opening deal of Traditional Hand Pulled Noodle Soup and Fried Pork Buns. We got one not spicy noodle with regular thickness and one mildly spicy noodle that's flat. Personally, I didn't like the noodles and the amount of cilantro. But the soup and meat tasted fine. My partner's noodle bowl wasn't actually mildly spicy, only had one daikon, and they regretted selecting the flat noodles. I should have gotten thin noodles and my partner said the regular noodles were more to their liking. I didn't like the fried pork buns at all. The bread felt undercooked or too thick; additionally, the bottom wasn't even crispy and the inside wasn't juicy at all... There is a self serve water station table. My group was six people but we split tables since most seating are for max of four persons and we were hungry after waiting almost an hour. In my case, it seem staff would give the tables to groups of 1-4 persons first because that table would be empty and none of the nearby tables were available for our bigger group. There are QR codes on some tables to order yourself but since we didn't want to make a mistake on the B1G1 deal, we waved a staff member to place the order. They are happy to help once they were able to get to our table.

Tried this new noodle spot in Sunset SF and was pleasantly surprised! I thought it was Japanese ramen at first, but it turned out to be Lanzhou-style beef noodles. The hand-pulled noodles were super chewy and flavorful, and you can see the chef making noodles in the open kitchen. Their beef noodles are a must-try, and I also loved the cumin lamb, sour fish soup, and lamb skewers. Everything was tasty and well-seasoned. Great spot for a hearty and authentic meal!
