Dennis did a wonderful job replacing all the wooden floorboards on our large deck. He also replaced both wooden side walls and several boards on the main railing. He worked meticulously and with great care. His staining included brush and spray and included the underside of the deck as well. Great job overall!

Dennis has done several jobs at my house. He did some exterior painting whixh required harnessing himself to the roof. With that rig he was able to fix rot and save my gutters which another contractor refused to even quote. A few weeks later he came back and painted some interior rooms which required stripping several layers of old wallpaper. Dennis' attention to detail is extreme and quality of his work well surpassed expectations. Im glad i jired him!

We hired Dennis to paint a kid's bedroom and to paint black trim white. We are so pleased with the results. He gave us a great price for a job that was not an easy undertaking. He put in tons of work and was very detail-oriented. Excellent work.

My house was in a terrible state with rotten wood, needing major cleaning and landscaping, and a tree growing through my roof. Their care for detail and their craftsmanship is evident in the transformation that my house is now undergoing. Can't wait to work with them on phase 2!!!

Dennis gave us a verbal estimate on a smaller paint job and said he would send us a proposal. He agreed to start working on a Tuesday and when Tuesday came he just didn't show up. He never called or tried to reschedule but just disappeared. We were in a time crunch and he set us back weeks.

Charges per day and estimated 5 days of work for the job he quoted but under bid the job by several days. Ended up taking him 8-9 days so I ended up paying almost double what he origionally estimated. Even though he was slow he did good work so I asked him to come back and do work on the house. He said he had 2-3 other jobs lined up so it would be a few weeks before he came back. I waited on other repairs for the house thinking he would be back in about a month. At first he communicated back saying it was taking him longer than expected but he would still come back. Now 2 months later, he's stopped returning calls, texts, e-mails. Not business professional and I would never treat customers like this. Unless you have unlimited time and money, find someone else.

I didn't know the first thing about windows and/or replacing them. I found Dennis and he did everything! He was a one man show and I have no complaints.

Dennis is professional, reliable and does great work. Highly recommended!
