I am so impressed with this cleaning company! I hired them for bi-weekly general cleaning, and they consistently exceed my expectations. Their attention to detail is on point, they did an exceptional job on all the common areas, but I was especially pleased with the bathrooms—especially with our grubby shower door, it looks brand new! The staff was incredibly professional and courteous, and I found the price to be very fair for the high quality of work. I also appreciate their honesty and generosity; they stayed for 3.5 hours but only charged me for 3. I highly recommend this team!

I recently experience Noble Cleaning's exceptional service for my 2bedroom apartment for move in cleaning. It was easy to schedule my time slot and the team of 2 ladies arrived right on time, ready to work with everything they needed to clean up my place. Theses ladies cleaned every inch of my place from behind the refrigerator to floors even my vertical hanging blinds individual slats. I was very impressed with their attention to detail job well done. The price was very reasonable. I have attached some before and after pictures of their phenomenal cleaning. Tried many cleaning services in SE DC. This is the best by far. Fast, thorough, and great customer service. Reasonably priced. Company worked with me for what I needed in my small abode, and the cleaners deliver with excellent service each time they come. Over the 4 times I've hired them, with different teams coming, they have remained consistent. I highly recommend them!

Noble is responsive and dependable. My cleaning team does a thorough job. It is so nice to come home after they have cleaned. Things smell amazing and the apartment is very tidy.

I just want to express my disappointment about the quality of the cleaning. There were multiple areas where there was still dirt on the ground or areas where it looked bare minimum of effort was done - definitely not worth $100/hr. There was like small gunk stuck to the ground and I just scrapped it with my fingers and it came off. Near the front door the baseboards weren’t clean which I pointed out as they were leaving and they cleaned it then but even the rest of the stairs weren’t touched. I honestly didn’t feel like it was worth it to point out because it seemed pretty half ass’d and I thought it was just that. After they left, I noticed some dirt on the dining room wall at eye level. I wiped it with my sleeve and it came immediately off. So when I went back for the first time, when I was going I take pictures to rent out the home I had to clean instead. I was in the backyard doing work and avoid disrupting them but even through the glass door I saw one of the ladies on her phone while cleaning and then another instance put down her tool so she could be on her phone. Who knows what happened when I wasn’t even in the vicinity. Overall pretty disappointed and difficult to justify why I paid $300 for such work. The more I look, the more I saw areas that weren’t clean. There was one closet where it looked untouched and not even swept. By the way, the house was already completely empty.

I booked their move-in cleaning service and was very impressed. The team did an excellent job — all the appliances were spotless inside and the bathrooms, including areas with mold, were cleaned thoroughly. Highly recommend!
