Every part of my experience with No Bull mattress was top notch, from the very beginning when I met Tim at the Main Street location to the end when the owner Shannon made a personal visit to my home to ensure our satisfaction. We purchased two king mattresses from No Bull for two different bedrooms in our home. One went very smoothly but the 2nd bed presented some issues due to the existing frame. The No Bull team jumped immediately into problem solving mode, and were committed to doing whatever it would take to ensure we ended up with the perfect mattress set up on our bed. Special kudos to the No Bull delivery team who were so incredible, showing up on time, and coming out to our house multiple times with different options to meet our needs. Our two mattresses are so nice and comfortable, and the entire No Bull team went above and beyond to ensure we were satisifed.

We had a great experience with Tim at the No Bull Mattress store in Main Street Village last month! We ordered 2 king mattresses and platforms. Tim was extremely helpful in custom advising us on which mattresses might fit our preferences and ailments as we get older. He was able to have our mattresses delivered within 2 business days and arranged for the platforms coming from California to arrive a week or so later. In the meantime, he procured free rental of box springs to secure the integrity of the mattresses while waiting for the platforms to arrive. We've never had a better night's sleep this past week. The mattresses are made in the USA, so a win for our country as well. We couldn't be happier with our purchase and the excellent service, start to finish, from Tim and from No Bull Mattress!! And we didn't even have to go over the bridge! Thank you to Tim and the local owners!

We purchased a King Design Motiff Plush and boxsprings from Tim. He was very knowledgeable and we never felt pressured to purchase that day. Delivery and set up was top notch. The gentlemen delivering were friendly and respectful...even removing their shoes without being asked. I had some follow up questions that were answered promptly. I give them all high marks for excellent customer service.

They are a great choice if you’re looking for a new bed. Very helpful and courteous. They are not a typical HHI, over priced bedding store. I highly recommend them.

I researched mattress stores in Hilton Head before I went shopping. I needed a mattress for the guest bedroom in our condo. I didn’t want to take a lot of time shopping around. I also wanted a good quality mattress for a good price. Tim, the manager was great! I explained that we rent our condo out and I wanted a very comfortable mattress for our renters and friends and family. Tim explained the key features that I needed to be aware of. He narrowed down the choices to the ones in my price range, with the features that I wanted. There was no pressure, no hard sales pitch for me to consider an upgraded, more expensive model. The process was quick and easy. Our mattress is very comfortable and we are very pleased with our purchase. Tim was great!

What an excellent experience buying our new mattress today here at No Bull Mattresses and More, Hilton Head! Wow! Honestly, we have been dreading this process and have been putting it off. Finally decided to start our mattress search at No Bull this morning where we met the most informative and trustworthy salesman, Tim Gaines. He was so incredibly knowledgeable about every single mattress and after really listening to our concerns/needs (I have low lumbar issues), he was able to help us make an informed and confident decision about our investment. To be honest, we had a plan to leave and compare mattresses/prices at other stores today but after walking outside after our meeting with Tim, we felt so confident that this was the right place for us that we went back in and purchased it without even looking anywhere else! So in a nutshell, we feel really great about our new mattress but we also feel really great about it because Tim helped us feel that way. If anyone reading this is looking to buy a high quality mattress at an excellent price, you should go see Tim at the Main Street (HHI) location. He is superb at what he does and really lives up to the “No Bull” name. The owners of the store are extremely smart to have this passionate, kind and honest young professional. Thank you, Tim!
