Fantastic dinner option, lovely decor. Five in our group and every meal was absolutely wonderful. One option surprised me in such a great way- the cashew and watermelon soup - so great! Cocktails and desserts were delicious too, wish I could go back now for another meal.

We had high expectations for this restaurant, but unfortunately, it did not live up to them. For the price you pay, you expect something more special. While the food was good, it was far from exceptional or memorable — especially at this level, where you hope to be pleasantly surprised. It was also disappointing that not all dishes on the menu were available. The biggest letdown, however, was the service. Two out of the three servers came across as unfriendly, and disengaged, as if they weren’t enjoying their work. On top of that, we constantly had to ask for things ourselves: empty glasses went unnoticed for quite some time, we had to request the dessert menu. All in all, it was not worth the money we spent. We’ve had better service and overall experiences at much more casual restaurants.

Visited for dinner this evening after it was recommended by a friend. We both had the 8 course tasting menu, which was absolutely spectacular (the cold soup and beef medallion were particular highlights). Service was excellent throughout (thank you Jonathon), lovely atmosphere, and although obviously expensive for Nicaragua, we felt it was fantastic overall value for the quality of cooking/ experience.

***EPIC*** A meal at NM Culinary Granada (a.k.a. Numu) is a 5🌟EXPERIENCE. The staff are so nice, cool & intimately knowledgeable about the menu. The food is OFF THE CHART….Seriously. And the atmosphere is cosy yet sophisticated. I cannot sing praises loud enough!!!! Now I must eat 😂

Great to see this kind of place in Granada. I did the 8 course tasting menu and it was paired with well prepared and presented cocktails. Overall, would hold its own as a nice dinner out in most American cities. Cost is about half what you’d pay in the USA which means it’s extravagant in Nicaragua ($100pp including drinks for me) but if you care about price you’re not considering dining here anyway.

Fabulous meal ! The 8 course tasting menu is as good as any fine dining restaurant in the world. Really recommend it !

It's definitely worth going 100% recommend. Try the 8 plate tasting menu, for local classic cuisine with a twist. Get the wine pairing to enjoy the experience even more. Obviously the plates are small but packed with intense flavours you'll be more than full afterwards. The experience lasted around 2 hour's so get in about 7/7.30pm.

Wow, an amazing restaurant, top quality food, service is excellent, ambiance a 10, and the overall food presentation is a first for Granada. If you are ready to impress your family, friends or clients than I suggest, come here! Some new food experience. We continue to be amazed 👏 have gone back a few times and NM keeps on impressing us!!!

It's nice to have a gourmet dinner for a change Service was friendly and excellent. The tasting menu had some interesting items although the sauce in a couple of the dishes tasted too much the same.Wine by the glass was pleasant and didnt break the bank.Espresso coffee was top. An enjoyable experience although the first few courses need to be less rapid.

The best restaurant in nicaragua! I have been looking for a place like this, for a long time. This place goes beyond the boundaries, and delivers food that is different, with high-quality ingredients, and very damn tasty. I was reading some of the bad reviews and some people don’t understand price, taste, and quality. Obviously to have high-quality tasty food, costs, the restaurant, more money, which will increase prices on the menu. The quality of food compared to the price on the menu is unbelievable anywhere in the world. Especially here in Nicaragua where some of these food items are ridiculously expensive to buy. I greatly appreciate a restaurant like this, going above and beyond and making something special. Every single food item and cocktail we had was a 10 out of 10 stars. Nothing was bad here. The lamb and the mezcal signature cocktail was my favorite. I do not know anybody that works here, I just appreciate this place. I think everything was perfect, even the customer service is fast and quick. I was here when it was slow, so I don’t know how the customer service is when it’s busy. Right now, this is the best restaurant in Nicaragua!
