Great to see this kind of place in Granada. I did the 8 course tasting menu and it was paired with well prepared and presented cocktails. Overall, would hold its own as a nice dinner out in most American cities. Cost is about half what you’d pay in the USA which means it’s extravagant in Nicaragua ($100pp including drinks for me) but if you care about price you’re not considering dining here anyway.

I loved my experience at NM Culinary!! I’ve mostly been eating at small, local places so I was excited for the chance to have a more upscale dining experience. The service was excellent- my mesero Allan did a great job explaining the menu, offering suggestions, etc. I love the decor, playlist, overall ambience. Dinner started with a pan masa madre, a spreadable cheese, and jam. WOW. The pan was so soft inside with a nice seasoning on the crust of the bread…I knew then that I was going to enjoy the rest of the meal. I had the beef medallions with vegetables, mango cheesecake dessert, and a gin cocktail with Frangelico. The tenderloin was seasoned perfectly and the vegetables were presented/prepared like a lasagna with multiple layers - I’d never seen that! The cocktail was a really lovely addition to the meal - and the mango cheesecake was delicious. The mango topping really set it off for me. Sure - it’s pricey compared to most options here in Granada, but for a special night out or a more upscale dinner, it’s totally worth it!!

We were very pleased with our dinner here. While I can't comment on how frequently the menu changes it is much less important if you are a casual visitor instead of the frequent diner. I still advise periodic if not frequent changes to proprietors. Everything was terrific and I must point out the accidental order that was the best. The tri tip appetizer with pickled vegetables was a surprise hit, with a perfect contrast of smoke, heat, acid and textures. I shouldn't have ordered the lamb because I was already full, but I did and it was delicious. The flavors were deep and complex. Service was great, wine was very good, and the prices while expensive for the area not only seemed appropriate for the quality but much less than we are used to in the States.

It's definitely worth going 100% recommend. Try the 8 plate tasting menu, for local classic cuisine with a twist. Get the wine pairing to enjoy the experience even more. Obviously the plates are small but packed with intense flavours you'll be more than full afterwards. The experience lasted around 2 hour's so get in about 7/7.30pm.

WOW, incredible! I was so excited to find a farm-to-table restaurant in Nicaragua and this place exceeded all expectations. From the atmosphere, to the level of service, to the cocktails and the dishes, this is world-class dining. Our server explained every ingredient in our dishes when serving - the chef’s thoughtfulness and creativity really shines through, honoring and elevating local flavors. The food is so memorable, we ate here twice during our short stay in Granada. Blown away! Compliments to the chef!

It's nice to have a gourmet dinner for a change Service was friendly and excellent. The tasting menu had some interesting items although the sauce in a couple of the dishes tasted too much the same.Wine by the glass was pleasant and didnt break the bank.Espresso coffee was top. An enjoyable experience although the first few courses need to be less rapid.
