Great to see this kind of place in Granada. I did the 8 course tasting menu and it was paired with well prepared and presented cocktails.
Overall, would hold its own as a nice dinner out in most American cities. Cost is about half what you’d pay in the USA which means it’s extravagant in Nicaragua ($100pp including drinks for me) but if you care about price you’re not considering dining here anyway.
