NJ Pipe Doctor

I was due for a new water heater as soon as I noticed that our water was no longer hot or even warm. I called NJ Pipe Doctor as I had previously had used their services when I needed to install a new washer/dryer! I was very satisfied with their professionalism and work that I decided to call them again. Charlie came for the initial visit and explained to my wife our need for a new water heater. He went over the specifics and Charlie and Chris came the next day for the install. I was very surprised on how quickly the whole process took. They were on time, professional, always careful around the house and polite! I’m very happy with their work and will use them if needed in the future! I highly recommend NJ Pipe Doctors!!

My house settled. I had two pipes break, Water leaked everywhere. It was a nightmare. Pipe Dr came and repaired the damaged pipes and put in a French drain. They were professional and thorough. They recommended an excellent remediation company and also accompany to come in and take care of the finishing work. I highly recommend this company. At 71 years old, I was a little nervous about the whole process. Brittany Zultanky at pipe. Dr walked me through everything and made it easy.

Kevin, the service tech was outstanding. His diagnostic skills and attention to detail was excellent. He took his time going step-by-step till he verified the issue with our furnace. I would highly recommend Kevin for Service.

I recently had Jordan and Dimitri from NJ Pipe Doctors install a Combi unit, water softener, and reverse osmosis system at my home, and I’m beyond impressed. They were professional, personable, and arrived right on time. The installation was clean, precise, and done with clear expertise, making the entire process seamless. I am holding my review which will be based on their response to issues resulting from the work they completed. They responded promptly, completed their work. They returned to addressed an issue they over looked, but I need them to return once again to repair a broken pipe which extended beneath my driveway causing erosion when it rains which was a result of their work. I paid them over $10,000.00. Please stand by. 11/19/25 - I'm updating this rating to a 4 (I don't give out 5's). Upon further conversation with the vendor we were provided photographic documentation of the first visit but not of the 2nd visit. I had no issues with the work I hired them to do, there was damage to other rain water piping from their excavation that needed to be corrected. The damage was exposed when my landscaper was investigating the soil erosion in the same area which I brought to their (NJ Pipe Dr) attention. They were prepared to correct the damaged pipe but could not mobilize quick enough to not impact the progress of my landscaper so they offered me a credit instead and my landscaper repaired the damaged pipe. All said and done I was pleased with the overall response once an understanding of the sequence of events was acknowledged. Thank you for following through.

Josh did a great job installing shower faucet, super friendly and competent . He completed the job quickly as well , I also wanted to give a shout out to Victor who was a big help with a leaky water meter a few years ago that was ultimately the towns responsibility . Would highly recommend both technicians

NJ Pipe Doctor staffs are very responsible in dealing with their issues. They respond very quickly and promptly with our needs. Crews are very knowledgeable and trained to do their assigned tasks, no need for supervision. I had two major projects that they have completed in no time. They made some adjustments and corrected the issues. I thank all the office staffs and field crews in handling our needs. I highly recommend New Jersey Pipe doctor. The supervisor Lei Chen arrived to our home and diagnosed our HVAC system. He was very knowledgeable about the system. Lei presented options for repair or replace .He was able to show me the benefits of replacing the whole system instead of just repairing. We are a family of 5 so money is tight. He understood that and was able to recommend us to sign up for the PSE&G OBR program. This program is amazing no money down 0% interest for 84 months and the payment is on your PSE&G bill. We also want to thank the install crew Pablo,Larry and Cesar that came in and put the system in one day and they were so clean that it was like they were never here. This was the best experience I have ever had with a service companry .

I had a very good experience with the representatives Jordan and Duke were great. They replaced my water heater the same day it was leaking. Very happy with their service. I highly recommend NJ Pipe Doctor!
