NJ Pipe Doctor

I was due for a new water heater as soon as I noticed that our water was no longer hot or even warm. I called NJ Pipe Doctor as I had previously had used their services when I needed to install a new washer/dryer! I was very satisfied with their professionalism and work that I decided to call them again. Charlie came for the initial visit and explained to my wife our need for a new water heater. He went over the specifics and Charlie and Chris came the next day for the install. I was very surprised on how quickly the whole process took. They were on time, professional, always careful around the house and polite! I’m very happy with their work and will use them if needed in the future! I highly recommend NJ Pipe Doctors!!

My house settled. I had two pipes break, Water leaked everywhere. It was a nightmare. Pipe Dr came and repaired the damaged pipes and put in a French drain. They were professional and thorough. They recommended an excellent remediation company and also accompany to come in and take care of the finishing work. I highly recommend this company. At 71 years old, I was a little nervous about the whole process. Brittany Zultanky at pipe. Dr walked me through everything and made it easy.

I am holding my review which will be based on their response to issues resulting from the work they completed. They responded promptly, completed their work. They returned to addressed an issue they over looked, but I need them to return once again to repair a broken pipe which extended beneath my driveway causing erosion when it rains which was a result of their work. I paid them over $10,000.00. Please stand by. 11/19/25 - I'm updating this rating to a 4 (I don't give out 5's). Upon further conversation with the vendor we were provided photographic documentation of the first visit but not of the 2nd visit. I had no issues with the work I hired them to do, there was damage to other rain water piping from their excavation that needed to be corrected. The damage was exposed when my landscaper was investigating the soil erosion in the same area which I brought to their (NJ Pipe Dr) attention. They were prepared to correct the damaged pipe but could not mobilize quick enough to not impact the progress of my landscaper so they offered me a credit instead and my landscaper repaired the damaged pipe. All said and done I was pleased with the overall response once an understanding of the sequence of events was acknowledged. Thank you for following through.

I recently hired NJ Pipe Doctor to replace a damaged second floor drain system and a cast iron sewer stack at my property. I would recommend hiring NJ Pipe Doctor to others. The company is very responsive and the techs are very talented plumbers. I was impressed with their work and it was done at a very reasonable price given the extent of work that was required to be done. I dealt with Andrew and Jordan to price the project and both were very upfront about what needed to be done and I really appreciated that they quoted the job very competitively. The guys were in and out within 2 days between demo, installation, and also came back to install a tub after the one I had was delivered was initially damaged. They showed up on time as schedule and stayed later than I expected to finish their work. Kevin L and Chris D did a great job through the duration of the project. I would trust and recommend NJ Pipe Doctor to execute any substantial project to others. The craftsmanship and talent this group has is second to none at very competitive rates.

This is a very efficient and customer service oriented company. Friendly telephone service making the appointment with a live person. Appointment reminder was texted the day before and we received a text advising us when the technician was on the way, along with his photo. Our technician was very informative, efficient and personable. We are very happy with the service and would use NJ pipe doctor again.

Charlie A and Kevin K were two wonderful installers. They did an excellent job. They were polite and courteous in addition to them doing a excellent job of installing a hot water heatercouldn’t ask for anything better than those two guys and the company New Jersey pipe Dr they responded to my phone calls quickly and help me out with answering questions and helping me every step of the way, I would highly recommend them

I had the immense luck of getting these guys recommended by one of our new neighbors. They were fast, amicable and very professional, from the booking of the appointment the very same day, to fixing our problem in less than an hour (a temperamental smart thermostat in the hands of dumb people). So impressed that I ended hiring them for regular service maintenance on the spot.
