I highly recommend Johnny Nixon and Nixon Law Firm.
We hired Johnny after a contract dispute with a metal building company out of Louisiana. They were threatening daily late fees, trying to force us to go to Louisiana for court, saying they would void our warranty, and even attempting to pressure us into signing an NDA. It felt overwhelming and aggressive.
Within the first 10 minutes of speaking with Johnny, he immediately knew that what they were threatening was illegal under Texas law. His knowledge and confidence were obvious right away. He clearly explained our rights and laid out exactly how to handle the situation, which gave us instant peace of mind.
It was an easy decision to hire him. His rates were very fair, his communication was excellent, and he handled everything professionally from start to finish. I felt completely secure knowing he was representing us.
