We had a fantastic experience from start to finish. They came out the same day to assess our leaking main water line and provided a very competitive price. The work was scheduled for the following week and completed efficiently. Todd, the plumber, did an excellent job overseeing the entire project and crew. The main line—from the meter to the washer room (main valve)—was replaced in just one day. Other reputable companies we contacted estimated it would take up to three days (with no water during that time) and quoted prices about 20% higher. We were also impressed with the responsive and helpful office staff. Todd and the entire crew were professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. This company clearly has the right people, expertise, and equipment, and they deliver top-notch service at a great value. Other small businesses should take a note.

John, Jason & Greg came and fixed our sump pump lines that lead to the storm sewer. After they assessed our situation they came bk with a back hoe in a timely manner . They did an exceptional job! All 3 were very conscientious, extremely polite & professional and were able to fix our sump pump lines in the front yard. They operated a back hoe & even saved our sod! Once everything was finished they put everything back and our yard looks great w the sod placed back over the giant ditch they had to make. The new sump pump lines are operating perfectly. I would highly recommend Nixco Plumbing!

Our new homeowner’s insurance is requiring one of those leak detector/whole house shutoff devices. Called these guys for a second estimate as I thought the first one was high. Not only was their estimate about 20% less for the same device, the plumber (Mason) said I can actually do it right now if you want. This was great as I already had blocked a half day off just for the estimate. He did a great on the work, made sure everything was cleaned up well, and walked me through the app setup. I will definitely use them again and request Mason.

Had a great experience with Neyer Plumbing. They responded quickly, arrived when they said they would arrive and the plumber who made the service call (his name is Shelby) was top notch. The installation wasn’t easy b/c the kitchen is small and space is tight but Shelby didn’t let that deter him and did a great job. Very happy with the result. I definitely would recommend Neyer.

Shawn Crank came out the next day after I called Nixco to look at an issue with my sump pump and was able to put in a whole new system that same afternoon. He was super knowledgeable and friendly. He did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Nixco.

Jared did a great job and very professional. I'm not thrilled with them not detailing the parts cost and labor cost separately. However, the total cost for the cheapest option was close enough to what I estimated that I'm happy enough with the job. Their highest quote was absolutely absurd. So good work but buyer beware.

Austin and Deymein were great! They were early, respectful of property, operated equipment with skill and clearly articulated next steps and pricing. Very pleased
