My experience hiring Nivelo Roofing and Construction never disappoints. They are straightforward and very reasonable with their estimate. I've hired them on many occasions and some of the jobs are really challenging. They are able to problem solve some difficult roofing situations that I had, They show up on time and they finish what they start and don't drag it out. I find that their responsiveness and the information that they give me regarding the details of the work is extensive and puts my mind at ease. The crew is very considerate, and their skill level is above and beyond. Their attention to detail always amazes me. There always seems to be somebody on the job who is overseeing the quality and the workmanship. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that. We had a leaking skylight. Nivelo’s came highly recommended from a neighbor who had a new roof installed a few months earlier. Carlos provided an array of options from repairing, replacing or the removing the skylight completely. We decided removing it was the best option for us. Carlos was able to get the job done quickly and with quality workmanship. Also completed the inside drywall work as well.

What a great experience I had with Nivelo’s Construction. The owner Luis was a pleasure to do business with and His workers were top-notch. He gave me an estimate on re-building my chimney from the ground up. He had guys there on time as scheduled. From start to finish, they did a wonderful job treating my home as if it was their own. The team was incredibly professional, showing up on in the morning hours, communicating clearly, and working efficiently. The crew worked from morning to night and even through the rain. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship was incredible, and my new roof looks fantastic. Nivelo’s replaced two windows in my home with precision and care. I had already purchased the windows, but their team took on the job without hesitation and treated it like their own. Mid-installation, they uncovered a wasps nest lodged behind the frame. They handled it quickly, safely, and without complaint. No mess, no delays. Throughout the process, they kept the worksite spotless and respected the space around them. Communication was clear. Every question I had was answered. I was very pleased with the service we received from this company. We had a leak in our roof that started because of a large snowfall and ice damming in the gutters. They came the very next day and worked for hours to address the problem. After their work, the leak stopped. Interactions with them were always very prompt and polite. I would highly recommend them.

I had a good experience with Nivelo’s. His prices were reasonable even when more damage was found under the siding repair and he charged me extra to fix. I was especially pleased with the paint match around my bay window to my original siding. I highly recommend them
