This is a great place to chill out with your friends if you are looking for a home stay for upto 10 people within a minimum budget. The owner is very friendly And respects our privacy. The rooms are very spacious and clean. All the 3 rooms have attached washrooms which makes very convenient for getting ready. View from the terrace is the best part where we can see a golf court with complete greenary around. If looking for a budget friendly homestay then this is the best.

They even provide 25L of drinking water with this We stayed with our friends of 6 members 3 days and each and everything was best here

We were 6 people, stayed for 3 days, 2 nights in Oct 2023. It was great value for money. Peaceful, Good View, Great Owner. It is a standalone apartment, the owners live at the ground floor, while you'll be staying at the 1st floor. You'll have access to the roof. It has 3 rooms (2 washrooms) of which 2 are big and 1 is respective small.

The best homestay,home owner was so co-operative i love this homestay.as a teacher i took some of my students to madikeri for educational trip Kids were enjoying a lott and they felt safe .it's a worth for 5 star rating.

Prime location,very calm and enjoyable road to home is a bit adventurous but can be cleared easily
