NIRI Restaurant and Bar

I visited NIRI Restaurant and Bar at Mamsha Saadiyat with my friends to celebrate my birthday, and we had an amazing time. The place was packed, which really says a lot about how popular it is - great atmosphere and lively energy throughout the evening. The food and drinks were very good, well presented and enjoyable, but the absolute highlight of our night was our waiter. He was super chill, fun, and had an incredible sense of humor. He took our half-drunk jokes very easily, played along, and made the whole experience even more memorable. His vibe honestly elevated the night. Overall, great food, great drinks, great atmosphere, and outstanding service. Definitely a place I’d come back to for celebrations or a fun night out.

Niri is one of those rare places that gets everything right. It has a stylish and warm ambiance. The food is genuinely delicious, thoughtfully prepared, and honestly surprisingly well priced for the quality and overall experience you get. It’s the kind of place where you finish your meal already planning your next visit. What truly sets Niri apart, though, is the team. The service is exceptional, attentive, professional, and naturally warm. A special thank you to Manuel, the GM, whose attention to detail and leadership clearly reflect in the entire crew. Despite the restaurant being fully booked (and seeing people turned away at the entrance), the level of care made me feel like I was the only guest in the room. That kind of hospitality is rare and unforgettable. Highly recommended and definitely book in advance, because this place is in demand for a reason.

The starters and desserts were truly delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. While the main dishes were average in taste for me, the staff made a great impression, extremely friendly and attentive. One of the highlights was when I ordered a dish I didn’t enjoy, the waitress noticed I didn’t eat it, came to check on me, and when I explained, she apologized sincerely and even removed it from the bill without me asking. That kind of customer service really stood out and made the experience worthwhile. Would come back for the starters, desserts, and service!

** Nice Japanese Food in Mamsha** Interesting Izakaya on Saadiyat. We tried the skewers that were nice (except for the wagyu one, overpriced and not very tender), various sushi rolls (the fatty tuna and torched salmon were the highlight), veggie dumplings (oddly sweet, that is the one item I would fail) and fried rice (a bit saucy but tasty). The price seemed fair for what we had - though the place didn’t have great service or a buzzy ambience on a Sunday at lunchtime. I would go again when in the neighbourhood and craving sushi!

One of my favorite sushi spots in Abu Dhabi — I’ve been here more than ten times, and it never disappoints. The sushi is consistently excellent, and the sea view is absolutely perfect, making it one of the best dining atmospheres in the city. However, the service could use some improvement. The staff don’t always pay close attention when accommodating guests, and a few can come across as rude, especially when the restaurant is full or there’s no availability. A bit more courtesy and attentiveness would really elevate the overall experience. Still, the food and ambiance keep me coming back — a must-visit for sushi lovers.

A very disappointing experience. I visited the restaurant while many outdoor tables were empty, yet I was told they were “fully booked.” When I asked for one of the larger tables, I was told they were reserved for groups and couldn’t be given to me. However, when I came back an hour later, I was surprised to see two people sitting at a table that could easily seat four! Honestly, the way this was handled was quite unprofessional — especially since it was my birthday, and I was hoping to celebrate and enjoy my time there. After this, I decided to leave and go to 3 Fils, where they truly understand how to respect and value their customers.

The food was superb—great flavors and an even better view. Everything tasted amazing, especially paired with a glass of sake.

The atmosphere was good, clean, and kind of gave that authentic Japanese feel. The food was super tasty and felt really fresh, especially the sushi. Overall, it’s one of those places I’d happily go back to.

I enjoy it more every time I come. The new items on the menu are successful and delicious. Thanks to Dennis and the bar team, it was a great experience with their nice recommendations

Wow this place blew me away!!! Really liked the outdoor seating and the view of the beach sunset. Every food tasted great and staff were good. Too bad there is only one location! Would love to have one in Dubai! My friends got the beef dishes that looked amazing!! Everyone had a great time
