With a very fast timeline, our home buying outlook was quite daunting but Nimesh put us at ease. With the market moving as quickly as it is, my fiancé and I were very anxious trying to find a home, but we were introduced to Nimesh through a friend who was also working with him, and we could not be more glad. He was readibly accessible by phone or text, would send us new listings every day or two, and went out of his way to drive through neighborhoods we were unfamiliar with to scout out things like safety and how well kept-up the neighboring yards were. We had a fairly modest budget and weren’t sure if a realtor would be interested in working with us, but even though we knew he was quite busy with other clients as well, Nimesh made us feel as though we were his top priority. When we had found the house we wanted, he even went above and beyond to put in a good word for us with the owner so our application would be accepted, and it was! We couldn’t be more grateful for all his efforts to help us find our first newlywed home.

Nimesh is great at what he does. He was patient with us and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. He was also able to make adjustments as our needs changed. If we had a question, he was great at getting back to us and following up with us within 24 hours or less. Nimesh was very professional during this process but he also knew how to make it enjoyable at the same time. Would recommend Nimesh to anyone I know!
