Niko's Plumbing

We discovered a water heater leak late evening and did some research. We chose and called Niko’s Plumbing next morning and were lucky enough that they could accommodate us that same day. Niko was professional and very clear about what to expect through and through. Our Tech Dima was a rare gem. We never had a service tech like Dima who genuinely helped us understand how our water heater works. He was very thorough, taking his time to get things done. We thought we were his last call for the day but we were not! We could tell he takes pride in his work. He left our water heater area cleaner than he arrived. From now on Niko’s will be our designated plumber! All the best to a genuine, honest and professional small business!

Niko was very professional and rearranged his schedule to come to help take care of a broken valve. He was very easy to work with and we are happy with the work that he completed for us. He also provided helpful follow up after the work was done. We would definitely use Niko's Plumbing again and appreciate the excellent customer service!

Niko's Plumbing is truly phenomenal. We had several plumbers come out and give us bids for quite a bit of work that we needed done to our home (a leak at the main line, replacing a utility sink, replacing bathroom faucets, adding a leak detection device (and the list goes on). Niko was an excellent communicator, answering questions over text message, and felt the quote they gave us was a really great value for what it was covering. While Niko's technician, Anton, was at our home today we ended up needing to add several additional things onto our original list including a few surprises, both Niko and Anton were just incredibly kind, thorough and wonderful at being transparent with the pricing the whole time. We will absolutely work with Niko's plumbing again and will 100% recommend them to our family and friends.

Niko and his team were exceptional! They were responsive, provided clear explanations of the task, and patient when I asked questions. They were attentive to put on shoe covers and took extra care when needing to move things around. What a great experience!

Niko and Anton are great. I hired them to relocate some plumbing and run new lines. They were about a week out and most importantly the project ran on time. I’d highly recommend them. They help problem solve.

The clog in my kitchen sink was a headache for several days。Before finally finding Niko’s Plumbing, I had already tried three highly rated plumbing companies:and it was a bit of a mess: 1.United HVAC & Plumbing: The guy they sent was new to the U.S. and didn’t even have a license. He ended up making everything worse. 2. Second Company The technician insisted the issue was due to improper piping and suggested opening the kitchen island wall, which didn’t sound right to me. 3. Rooter Hero in Dublin, They just didn’t show up at the scheduled time, I waited from noon until after 5 p.m., told me be rescheduled for next day. Finally, through a referral, I reached out to Niko’s Plumbing in San Ramon. The owner Niko was incredibly responsive, and scheduling was fast and convenient. Their technician Dima, arrived earlier than expected, quickly assessed the situation, and protected the workspace with absorbent pads. He selected the right cable for the job, after two careful snaking passes , he confidently confirmed the clog was cleared. He then reinstalled the disposal and pipes, tested everything thoroughly, and left the area spotless. Dima told me the snaking went about about 38–45 feet deep, I was impressed by how quiet his equipment was, Dima even wrapped the wheels to prevent scratches on the floor, a thoughtful detail I really appreciated. The entire process took less than an hour and a half from start to finish. After such a rough week, I finally have my kitchen sink working again. big thanks to Niko for the speedy responses, even after hours, and to Dima for doing such a clean, efficient, and professional job. Definitely top-notch service, highly recommend them!

This is the second time I am using Niko’s and cannot stress how reliable and professional they are. It is hard to trust service companies these days but Niko’s is a company I am proud to refer and would be the first call I have if I ever have an issue. Anton is relentless trying to find the cause of the issue and will not stop until resolved. All the work is done cleanly and looks like they were never here, always taking care of my home as if it was their own. Highly recommended!

I highly recommend Niko for any of your plumbing needs! But especially if you're newer to any plumbing issues, he's a great company to work with since he explains and tries to teach you. I'm new to home ownership and never worked with any plumbers before. Called a few to get some quotes but Niko was the only one to take a few minutes to let me explain the issue and even FaceTimed with me. He was very professional and informative on the call, and fortunately had time the same day to come take a look. He shared estimates based on 2 scenarios and was upfront with pricing. His pricing was on par or a bit more affordable than other Plumbers I called. When Niko came to the house to assess, he was very respectful and clean. Wore gloves, a mask, shoe gloves, and even coverings on the wheels for his large equipment keeping our house clean. While Niko was assessing he was very open to me asking questions and explaining what was going on allowing me to learn but also still get the job done. Niko ended up fixing clogged pipes where our 2 toilets and showers ran through. It took 1.5 hours total but probably could have been done in 1 hour since he took the time to explain everything to me along the way. I will only be working with Niko going forward!

We needed to have a cartridge replaced in a bathtub faucet. We have used Niko’s Plumbing before and we have had a very positive experience. Niko is honest, professional and very competitively priced on his services. They are always on time if not early. Anton arrived today early and got the cartridge replaced. Another job well done . If you are looking for an honest and professional plumbing company with no nonsense, I highly recommend Niko’s plumbing with my most sincerest recommendation.
