Niko's plumbing team is just amazing! We had a backed up kitchen sink. We called to set up an appointment. They gave us an appointment quickly. Dima showed up at our house the next day. Good professionals wear shoe covers after we request them. Great professionals wear shoe covers voluntarily before entering a house. Dima was a great professional. Unfortunately, it was extremely cold and mildly raining. Dima did not complain a bit throughout the job. The entire job lasted for almost an hour or so. He explained every step along the way, asked permission where he needed to, and completed the job thoroughly. And what more? Dima sent us messages with how to prevent this issue in the future. This is a highly professional team. Highly recommended!

I have worked with Niko's Plumbing multiple times for faucets, sewer line maintenance, and laundry room inlet valve installation. Niko personally responds to texts within minutes, even after-hours, and he has always responded to our needs usually the same day. The process is always transparent, the price very fair, and always completed on-time or early. Niko and his team have always been very clean in their work, and they leave the site spotless. No one is at their best when they need a plumber - for us, it's usually after we have tried and failed to deal with a plumbing issue ourselves. Niko has never been anything but cheerful and pragmatic offering solutions to bail us out (literally).
