Nicole's Piano Service

Nicole just tuned my very old Cable Nelson upright that has been sitting in my dad's living room for 30+ years as a beautiful piece of ' furniture.' As a child I played it routinely, then when I grew up and moved out of state, it sat longing for the better days, neglected; and, would you believe it, it still plays well...just out of tune and needed a pitch raise. When I came to visit S.A. and played it, 'it' called out that it needed help. I read Google, seeing many tuners out there, but few with 5 stars; and, then I found Nicole, with a website and pictures of her work, and then when I texted her she provided a prompt, kind and knowledgeable reply. I had called several other tuners with more reviews and none called me back!!! She replied in 15 minutes. It was the end of the week, before a holiday weekend, and I was only in town for a few days, asking her to tune it asap so my son and I could play it for family. She was here the next day, on time, and took a sad old piano and transformed it to what I remember it being! It sounds beautiful!!! 100x better!!! And, her pricing is very reasonable for the skill required to do this correctly. I am going to have her back to voice it and do some minor regulation to take it from 90% to 95%. It'll need new hammers one day to bring it the rest of the way! You won't regret choosing Nicole. She'll bring your sad sounding piano back to what it's meant to be! Thank you Nicole 😊
