DO NOT CALL Nick. He will make fake issues up and change the billed amount. Called nick for a furnace repair because it wasn’t working. Turns out it was a simple issue and someone accidentally turned the switch off. A very quick and easy job. First he told us $200, then he sent a bill for over $500. When we questioned the increase, he eventually said he’d reduce it if we replaced our furnace with him AND claimed we there was a code violation that had to be repaired asap. He didn’t mention this alleged violation during all prior conversations, it conveniently came up when discussing the bill afterwards. We got a second opinion from reliance and there was no violations or issues. Seems like he was using scare and unethical upselling tactics. He eventually “reduced” the bill to about $300. Very disappointing

Called with an issue with our commercial beverage fridge, Nick showed up in less than 30 minutes and started working on our problem and finding solutions immediately. He even stuck around to make sure everything's continued working for a while making sure the fix was permanent. Friendly technician easy to talk to and he actually listens to your issue and understands. Don't waste your time calling around as this company can help you!

Nick was friendly and did excellent work for a great price. Used him for repairs on our furnace and air conditioner. When it was time to upgrade he installed a new gas furnace and central air conditioner. I highly recommend Nick Macs Mechanical &HVAC
