Anthony was great to work with. He was responsive to my emails and calls. He kept me updated with any delays with the schedule (due to weather) and sent picture updates throughout the entire day that the work was done. The price was well under the handful of other quotes I received as well. If I have any other roofing needs I will be calling this company again!

My new roof looks fantastic. The crew was very efficient and did an excellent job of not only installing the roof but also cleaning the yard after they were done. I am also impressed that they painted the roof jacks and vents to match.

STAY AWAY – Highly Unprofessional and Unreliable. We signed a contract last year to replace our roof this season. After months of delays, excuses, and stress, the company canceled on the very morning work was to begin. Check Yelp, seems like it has happened with more ppl lately. Dan called saying their estimator, Daniel, “messed up” the quote and that the job would now cost 2.5x more — no apology, no solution, just a cancellation. Earlier in the year, they had already tried to change the scope, saying they couldn’t include full ice-and-water shield (main reason for me to choose them) as written in the bid. After lengthy discussions, we compromised, with letting go full-roof ice and shield and upping the shingle quality. They even pulled the permit, so I thought the job was finally happening. Instead, I was left scrambling, late-season, to find someone else. To make it worse, they contradicted themselves about my roof’s condition (first saying 2 years left, then 5). A new roofer confirmed it’s in poor shape and needs urgent replacement. Bottom line: Dishonest, disorganized, and zero accountability. If you value your time, money, and sanity — look elsewhere.

Nicholson replaced our roof (27 years old). The process was very smooth from getting a quote to getting the work done, with no surprises. They even came out one evening during a wind storm mid—project and made sure everything was good. We highly recommend.

When you have a leak in your roof and the rainy season is on it's way, you need a roofer ASAP! Not 6-8 weeks out like a lot of the local roofing companies I contacted. So, I was fortunate that when I contacted Nicholson Roofing, like the old fashioned way, on the phone, the actual boss answered and agreed to come out the next day and take a look. He showed up in the morning when promised afternoon, so the sooner the better in my book! He look at the leak in the ceiling and then climbed up on the roof to inspect. He even took off some of the concrete tiles to look what's going on underneath. He found damage to the paper waterproof layer below and knew exactly what was involved to repair. He made a thorough inspection and came up with a price. What made me pick Nicholson Roofing is the fact that he could do the repair within a week ... not 6 weeks away! Price didn't really matter within reason, just get this fixed before it starts raining again! The work comes with a 6 year guarantee, so I'm confidant they they take care of any problems once it starts raining! Nicholson Roofing is a professional outfit, you know like real website that works, real contractor number and BBB rated, and most important responsive in a timely manner on any question or issues. I received a written quote via email to sign and after the job was done, a paid invoice receipt via email .... the modern way, no snail mail here! They showed up on time on the date agreed to and went right to work on the roof. Done in half the time I expected and didn't leave any mess or debris in the driveway, all cleaned up like they were never there. Very fast response time (15 minutes or so). They came out, gave an estimate and set up a time to get it completed, which was within just a few days. On the day of the job they were punctual, professional and they got the job done quickly and cleaned up after themselves. The crew was polite and well-mannered, and was even kind enough to cover some vent holes with chicken wire for us. Highly recommended.
