He did a Wrench out of a very big puddle of mud! He was fast to get to me and very helpful. Made sure I was on my way after the wrench out.

We broke down over the holiday weekend, and this tow company went above and beyond to help us. They responded quickly, were super friendly, and made a stressful situation so much easier. When we ended up having another problem, they even came back out a second time without hesitation and were just as kind and professional. Truly top-notch service—highly recommend!

Great company with great service! Me and my family came from out of state to go fishing and got stranded out by the river. We were a little panicked and out of options being so far from home. We called to see if they could be any help with our situation and no questions asked they were there in no time (keep in mind this is late November past dark on a Sunday night). It felt like we called a long time friend to come and help with the way we were treated, it was refreshing to have genuine help and to not feel like an inconvenience. My family and I appreciate everything you did for us, thank you nichols and sons towing!

The lock jammed up in the truck and wouldn't let me back in. Larry showed up within 10-15 minutes. He helped to get me back in and on my way again pretty quick. He was awesome with us during the whole process too. While speaking with his wife she was very nice, Larry and Shannon are the best and will definatly be calling them back if needed again!
