Nick Newbury is by far the best commercial real estate broker I have ever worked with and I have worked with several. I am President of a large company and was seeking a new executive office to house several key people who would be relocating to the area. Nick took his time to not only search out the best listings, he took time to understand my team's needs, personalities, and taste. In the particular deal he did with us he really had to jump through some hoops. He went the extra mile to get us the deal we wanted even when there were some significant obstacles in our way. I would trust Nick with any size deal. Everything he did was thoroughly researched and presented in an informative and organized way. Easy to get ahold of. Top notch.
