We recently purchased our property through Amie and Hannah via auction. Buying at auction can sometimes come with a few unexpected challenges, and we did encounter a couple of complications from the sellers before settlement. Amie and Hannah were excellent to deal with — professional, supportive and very responsive — and they handled everything efficiently which really took the stress out of the process for us. After settlement, Tabitha took over the property management and has been outstanding. She is incredibly friendly, professional and extremely proactive. Her communication is excellent and she is always very quick to respond. What really impressed us was that Tabitha secured a tenant for the property before it was even advertised, which shows how dedicated and efficient she is. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our property is being managed by someone so reliable and proactive. We would highly recommend Tabitha and the team to anyone looking for a professional property manager.

What really impressed me with Jackson Timmins was not that his appraisal was over $100,000 more than the other agents (which he achieved and then some), it was the time he took to call us back to discuss the property, the sales strategy and costs. Cannot rate Jacksons performance high enough. If there was a 6 star option, he would get it! His professionalisim, and willingness to go "above and beyond" outside of regular hours was greatly appreciated. We have bought and sold many properties over the years, and have never had an interaction with an agent like this.
