I had Nathan detail 2 of my cars, a '22 Ford Escape and a '15 Ford Mustang. He did a very good job on the Escape. But on the Mustang, he didn't vacuum the back hatchback area. When I brought this to his attention, he promised to wash one of my vehicles for free to make up for his mistake. The vehicle I wanted to have my free wash was my '56 Ford F100. He said he wouldn't wash my truck for free. So I feel he reneged on his promise. I will never use his service again.
