Excellent location, Walking distance to old town Scottsdale. The area is full of wonderful restaurants and great shops. There are lots of activities at all times. The host and the owner were very responsive to our requests. Very quiet and Comfortable location. Definitely looking forward to our next visit! The sunsets are most awesome!

The house is beautifully furnished and fully stocked! Our guests loved the spaciousness and the location. Dealing through Nexxus was easy and the communication/interaction was seamless! The only thing that was a little disturbing was the constant odor of miraguana coming from the houses on either side of the property. Not enough to keep our guests from enjoying the big back yard, grilling amenities or fire pit though! It was a great choice for a 45 day stay!

Arcadia Luxury Residences were perfect and extremely comfortable. John & Tyler were a great help. We were there for our extremely sick son at ENVITA Medical center. Everyone in the complex treated us as family & helped to save our son’s life. We appreciate all of their kindness!

Excellent home for 4 adults with 3 BR, 2BA. The kitchen had many amenities that were helpful to us as we cooked in due to health concerns. Location was convenient to shopping and neighborhood pleasant as 2 of us took a 2-3 mile walk daily. We would definitely consider renting here again.

Our stay was for 2 months and included our 2 dogs. The moment we walked in the house we felt at home. Not much to clean up or organize before we moved in as with most Airbnbs we've stayed at. We spent both Christmas and New Years in this house and both holidays were peaceful and enjoyable. We found a church near by with a wonderful congregation and many hidden restaurant gems. Due to the lenght of time and being a new Airbnb we had the honor of meeting and getting to know the owner. Thank you Lyle for all your help and immediate attention. We highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a home where you can begin to relax the minute you walk in the door.

My wife and I needed a short term rental while our house was being built. Our experience with Tyler and the Rent Nexxus team was excellent. They always responded quickly and were very professional. The Thomas at Midtown apartments are high end with excellent security features, pool, spa and workout room. The location was perfect, easy access to the 10, 17 and 51 highways. I highly recommend Rent Nexxus.

Nexxus has been extremely great for my stay with them. As a travel nurse, I needed an easy process and safe place to stay. They provided even more with a wonderful apartment, full of luxury amenities! Definitely would recommend to anyone.
