Nexus K9 Dog Training, Daycare and Boarding Savannah

These guys are incredible!! The ability to make your dog, and you as the owner extremely comfortable, with constant updates and videos, was outstanding. I saw unbelievable improvement in just the first few weeks from videos. After my first training session with him , I am blown away. He is an entirely new, extremely well behaved, trained and loved dog!! I would give 10 out of 5 stars if I could. Call Nexus today!!! Add on after full train!!!*** I just wanted to add another review after a full 5 week train and board, with an additional board stay. These guys are the best of the best in every way possible. Hunter the trainer, and the rest of the staff have been so helpful, accommodating, and set the definition for “above and beyond”. The entire company and the way it’s ran is truly refreshing. My dog has come out a completely different animal and his true colors and personality shine brighter than ever. If you need some help with your dogs, a place to board , or even a quick lesson. I can’t recommend these guys enough. An amazing experience from top to bottom, all the way through. Dilly is an 18 month golden full of puppy energy but was afraid of the car and not well trained. She did the 5 week program & now rides in the car, goes in the elevator and actually comes when called. The difference is remarkable. She’s the same sweet girl she was but is so good! Very grateful!

We had tried other dog trainers with little satisfaction. None were “Board and Train”. We chose this based on a neighbors recommendation whose dog displayed the kind of well behaved and responsive behavior we desired. The 4 week program, while expensive, proved to be the answer to our needs. The quality and size (11 acres) of the training base was clean , professionally kept and laid out. Our trainer Hunter K. Was everything we hoped for. His regular Facebook videos kept us up on our dog’s progress. His training techniques have proved successful and have been shared with us in detail. We now have a well trained dog which we can rely on. If you desire a sure outcome I recommend Nexus K9.

The entire team at Nexus is phenomenal. Not only do they do a great job training they also love the dogs so much and take excellent care of them. We took 2 dogs for training and both returned with a much better behaviour and more confidence. We will use Nexus for boarding as well going forward since they do a great job caring for Henry and Louis.

Nexus K-9 Dog Training completely changed life with our one-year-old Doberman. We tried handling most of the training on our own but quickly realized we needed professionals, and we couldn’t have chosen a better team! From the first home visit with the owner, this team has been kind, patient, and clearly passionate about what they do. While our dog was in training, they kept us updated with photos, messages, and honest feedback, which really put us at ease. They even personally dropped him off after his program and spent time working with us one-on-one, in our home, to make sure we knew exactly how to continue his training at home with a four year old and two other dogs. Since then, we’ve used Nexus K-9 for boarding, and our dog absolutely loved it, he ran straight to the handlers the moment we arrived. They even checked in after his training was complete to see how he was doing, which really shows how much they care. Before Nexus K-9, walks were chaotic and frustrating; now, our dog is focused and well-behaved. I can’t say enough good things about these phenomenal people. Worth every single penny!

We researched many dog training facilities. I found out that many of them are doggie day camps that do training or boarding facilities that do training and even groomers that do training. Nexus is a training facility that offers other services. We are so glad we went with Nexus K9. They train in real life situations. My dog has so many field trips. They took my dog to the park, Lowe’s and the airport. They uploaded many pictures and videos of her progress. They also have a training session with the dog parents in between the dogs training. It was nice to have them bring my dog home (cleaned) and have a home training session. I truly believe this was the best investment for our family and our dog. Thank you to Nexus, Thomas, Hunter and Joyce. Looking forward to a happy future with my dog.

We have had Nexus both board our dog as well as a month long board and train. From the initial meeting to the final come home session, I can’t say enough good about them! All of our concerns were heard and answered with a wonderful result. Special shoutout to Joyce for her outstanding work and pleasant demeanor throughout the process. If you are considering having your dog trained, I can’t imagine anyone not being satisfied with the quality of service offered here. We have loved Nexus K9 for boarding our pup Diggs! Communication is clear and easy! Love getting updates on his days! He’s not one to wag his tail often and he wags it while we are dropping him off. Especially love Hunter one of the trainers/employees! We are in Richmond Hill and this is so worth the drive! He’ll be boarding again within the next few weeks! This pic is from an update! I cannot begin to say how grateful my husband Mark and I are for the training and care our 18 month old Glen Terrier received from Nexus K9 Training! We were having problems with him jumping and nipping when he was excited, not always coming when called and pulling on his leash during walks. After spending 4 weeks with Jessie, he came home very well- behaved and obedient. Although he was a bit shy the first few days, Jessie was most patient and won him over, bonding with a little guy who is really attached to his family and somewhat leary of new people. Jessie knew how stressed we were sending him away for that period of time, and was wonderful about sending pictures, videos, giving us a call when we requested one and keeping us updated on his progress. Thanks to Jessie, we now have no more nipping or jumping on people, he is coming when he called and walking beautifully on a leash. Jessie spent ample time with us when she brought him home, making me comfortable with how to cement the training he received from her. We cannot thank her enough, and highly recommend Nexus K9 Training. It was worth every penny!

The care and trainers are incredibly super great with our two labs. We have used them for training and boarding several times. The constantly send pics and videos . We ❤️ this . Thank you to all Nexus k9 trainers, owners, and techs. We have now been with Nexus k9 20 months! Our two labs are very happy and continue to learn each time they visit, go on a field trip or board. The owners and staff are professional and good people. We can take a trip and know our fury family members are having a great time in a loving environment!
