NextGen Towing

Thank you so much to Bruce for your speedy and friendly service! My friends and I were in a pickle and he came out within less than 90 minutes and took the time to help move my car with care to avoid any further damage. And pricing was super competitive. Would highly recommend!

We used Next Gen when our work ute decided to die at a customers property. They were extremely quick to help and very competitive with price. We will definitely use them in the future and can’t recommend them high enough. I have use several towing companies in the past but these guys are definitely second to none. Easy to deal with and can’t help you enough. You could not even steer our Ute as the steering was locked but they still managed to load and unload it with out causing any tyre damage and did it so professionally. If you need a tow give them a call. Rob the guy who picked our Ute up was extremely helpful and definitely knows his stuff. 10 out of 10 on every level 👍👍

Jackson came out to attend to my flat battery yesterday; he arrived before I was home, courtesy called me to let me know (I was only 5 minutes away), he was patient while I jiggled my little boy in from school, he attuned to my little boy, and the whole experience was painless - highly appreciated and highly recommended! Highly recommend!!!! Absolutely fantastic service on a Saturday afternoon. Come out, found car needed new battery and went back to depot, got new battery and brought back and installed it for us. Paid $100 less than originally quoted as he realised we needed a smaller battery. Honesty and integrity plus fantastic service. Thank you ever so much. Joanne and Rick.

Recommend this great business, with great people ethics. Was having electrical starting issues with my VW crafter camper next door to where Bruce was making a service call. After completing call, he was happy to assist me ( NRMA visited previous day) & spent time ruling out low battery & was starter motor issues. He gave a recommendation of a mechanical business to call, after I had exhausted availability of auto electricians locally. He also wouldn't accept any payment for his time & endeavoured to get RACQ, after quoting, to go with his company towing my vehicle. Unfortunately RACQ didn't due to price. Top marks to Bruce & this company

Our car broke down unexpectedly and our roadside assistance couldn’t resolve it so they sent Bruce from NextGen towing to take it to a mechanic. Bruce came out quick and was very professional. He kept me updated when he dropped the car to the mechanic, and even helped me after the car was fixed with something. Highly recommend Bruce for any towing needs!

We were driving from Queensland down to Sydney a few days before Christmas when our car broke down with two-and-a-half hours still to go. It was an extremely stressful experience because we didn't know anyone around the area, we were on a tight schedule, my parents couldn't speak English, it was getting late, all the mechanics in the vicinity were fully booked until January and we didn't know what the problem was with the car. After some frustrating and contradictory back-and-forth with our insurance company, they finally agreed to send out NextGen Towing. Bruce was a godsend. He arrived quickly and was very patient with my translation, our indecision on what to do next and waited for us steadily to arrange transport and accommodation. Bruce also went above and beyond by keeping our car safe overnight and towing it to our preferred mechanic the next morning. He even checked up on us via text the day after to ask whether we got to Sydney safe and sound! Service doesn't get any better than this. We are unbelievably grateful for his kindness, understanding and friendly service in such a traumatic situation. We felt very lucky to have met him!

Had to get towed from Hunter Expressway on Saturday , Bruce arrived very quickly and got the car organised and dropped it off in Cessnock , then very kindly dropped me off as well . He rang next day to let me know car had a tyre issue and probably did not need mechanic , so took it to a tyre service , which no doubt saved me some money . He went the extra mile ! Thank you for the great service 😊

We have used NextGen a couple of times and their service has been amazing. They are the only towing firm we would trust with handling our classic cars. NextGen are professional in every respect. When you don’t want to risk any old Grease Monkey turning up then I HIGHLY recommend NextGen.
