Had them replace the battery in my golf cart. Awesome experience. Worked with Galen. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. They picked up the cart Friday morning and even dropped it off on Friday evening, after hours, on a long weekend. Entire process was complete within 48 hours of me contacting them. No sales pressure tactics whatsoever. I would highly recommend them.

Bought My Golf Cart About A Year Ago When This Business Was Under A Previous Owner. The New Owner Is Very Friendly & Explains Everything To His Customers. The repair staff really know what they are doing. They re-wired my cart (The wires were all messed up when I originally purchased the cart) and replaced pieces to make my cart run like new. I contacted Next Level to have my tires replaced. After inspecting my cart, they recommended adding rear shocks and replacing the leaf springs. They were honest, transparent, and reliable throughout the process. I highly recommend their services and will definitely return to them in the future.

They added a lithium battery to my golf cart and replaced some suspension bushings. They picked the cart up and the work was completed two days later. Everything was done as agreed and the cart was returned to me very clean. The battery works great and the suspension is much smoother. I would highly recommend Next Level Golf Carts for any work you need completed.
