Janice and Sara are a fabulous team! They helped me do a full-house remodel from design through construction. They have beautiful design ideas and can accommodate various styles. Throughout the design process, they listened to my opinions and tweaked selections accordingly. They truly wanted me to enjoy the process and be happy with the end result. I appreciate that they were there during the entire construction process; they saw the project to the end! My top favorite thing about Next Level Austin, apart from their gorgeous designs obviously, is that they hustle! They are extremely responsive to phone calls and text messages, very rarely did I get their voicemail. They were always in my corner and found solutions when problems arose during the design planning and construction process. I would highly recommend them for any interior design needs from furniture to a gut remodel.

Hiring Next Level Austin was one of the best decisions we made in building our new home. They turned our very "generic" design into a beautiful home on our modest budget. The "pops" of personality in the mantel, ceiling fans, fixtures, and wallpaper are what people compliment most when they come to our home. We had no idea where to place light switches and outlets and Sara handled all of that for us. From the first stages of designing our home to the final light fixtures, Next Level Austin reduced the stress of building a new home and gave us a more beautiful home than we imagined possible.

My wife and I were really excited to build a house, but realized after construction started that we had no idea how to stylize the house. After calling around for a few design specialists, we decided to go with Next Level Austin for their design expertise, their design styles, and professionalism. We worked with Janice (Principle Designer) and Sara (Project Manager) to come up with a plan about the time our framing started. We were really impressed how efficiently they worked. We had regular meetings in show rooms and at the property to make selections and brainstorm ideas. Both Sara and Janice were receptive to our feedback and also were really flexible working with our builder. Sara kept the project moving all the while staying super organized with the selections. Both Janice and Sara were very methodical and thorough to make sure everything was correct. They helped point out errors and helped rectify solutions. One example being a wrong fan down-rod size. Sara helped by sending us a replacement rod that was the correct size. Janice provided decisive design choices that made it easy for us to give thumbs up or down on different choices. Both Janice and Sara worked with our tile, lighting, painting, and flooring sub contractors to ensure things were being installed correctly. Overall, we owe a lot on how the house looks and overall appearance quality to Next Level Austin.

My design consultant at Next Level Austin was Stacy Draper, and I can honestly say that I could not have completed my project without her consultation. This was my first renovation, and I decided to go all in with a complete home remodel. Stacy was so helpful and patient as she helped me redesign my entire house. Stacy is a genius at picking the right materials and having them all work together beautifully, and going on shopping excursions with Stacy was not just educational and informative but fun! When I was contemplating a major home remodel I knew I wanted Janice Hanks’ expert eye on the project. Years ago she had worked her magic on our master bath addition and created a beautiful area that still looked fresh when we sold our home sixteen years later. Our new home was built in the early 80’s with a dark paneled living area and a closed-off kitchen. In just one visit, Janice and her assistant Anne had a vision for ways to open up the space and make it more suitable to our lifestyle. They also had the contacts and resources to make it a reality! Janice and her team provided support, guidance and suggestions throughout the remodeling process. From the layout of the tile to the placement of the lighting, their experience and know-how was crucial to the design outcome. There are so many questions as a project unfolds and Janice and Anne were always ready to guide me to make decisions for the best possible outcome. The creative talent and positive energy of this team made the process a pleasure. Janice and Anne worked closely with me to select beautiful colors and finishes and my husband and I are delighted with the look and function of our “new home”. I cant say enough about Next Level Austin. I looked at many interior designers when we moved to Austin. I instantly fell in love with Janice, Dana, and her team. They were very professional and I felt like she immediately captured the vision of what I wanted. Janice was able to give me many options on how to keep the cost down without sacrificing the quality I was looking for. Another thing that really helped me was that she was able to bring the items to my house and I was able to see what it would look like in my house before I even purchased the item. I originally hired her to design my living room. I loved the finished look so much that we went on to redesign my dinning room, my kitchen, my entryway, my staircase, and we are currently working on the flooring in my master bedroom, stairs, and upstairs landing. I love working with Janice and Dana. I feel like they know how to design with class and sophistication. I plan on using Next Level Austin for years to come.

I have really enjoyed working with Janice, Judy and their team! They are very professional and bring incredible design expertise (paying attention to all the details). Although the pandemic has made furniture and fabric purchasing more challenging, they have consistently risen to the occasion and come up with great options. I absolutely love the changes to my house!

I absolutely love what Janice and Judy did for our home. We have a very open floor plan and I had no idea how to pull it all together. The Next Level design team blew us away with their vision. We hadn’t even used our family room in the three years that we have lived here, but now we are in there together every night. It’s so comfortable, cozy, and beautiful. Definitely made our house more of a home!!

Janice Hanks is an artistic genius. I was struggling with an overall vision for furniture placement and stylish update. She not only provided the remarkable insight that was needed; she saw that it was executed within our budget. Her assistants Anne and Kourtney are also artistically gifted and helpful. Everyone on this team has good EQ. Highly recommend!

Had an appointment and it was canceled 1hr before due to an emergency. Completely understandable. I was told they would call back to reschedule. Never called back. I sent an email. Never responded. It wasn't until I called almost 2 weeks later that I was told they aren't taking on any new clients and they won't be rescheduling. The professional thing to do is call and notify me instead of keeping me in limbo for almost 2 weeks.
