Next Generation Pediatric Urgent Care

My son had an awful earache on an early Sunday evening. His pediatrician was closed, and most other Urgent Cares were as well. The wait time was non-existent! The forms were all done digitally, which made it quite easy! The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate . They listen to your concerns and have an incredible bedside manner. There is even a 24 hour pharmacy they recommended, which I never would have known of otherwise! My son’s prescription was sent over elevtronically and filled within 5 minutes. The urgent care even sent over our insurance information to the pharmacy to expedite the entire process!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would.

I had a great experience at this urgent care tonight! Every person that I interacted with went above and beyond. The receptionist gave me a private room to nurse my baby when she noticed he was being fussy. The medical assistant also went above and beyond to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. The doctor was really thorough and friendly. I highly recommend this urgent care and will definitely be back!

Wonderful! Dr. Laddis was amazing and super kind my daughter kept saying how nice he is. It was super efficient. We were in and out in 30 mins which is unheard of for urgent care.

This is the best urgent care I’ve ever been to. It’s like visiting a pediatrician. We were seen by an actual experienced DOCTOR! He is knowledgeable and followed up on results as soon as they were available! He treated based on experience and not based on some corporate guidelines like other urgent care clinics do. I found this place thanks to a Facebook group and so glad I did! The doctor not only good as a doctor but also good with kids and knows how to make them smile 😊

Very nice atmosphere, kids friendly. Average wait time if you're walk in. Scheduled appointments are taken care of promptly. The physicians are very knowledgeable and attentive.

Amazing staff and experience taking my baby to them. Saturday was quiet so we had a pretty smooth process getting in and no wait, very clean facility and child friendly. I’m lucky to have this urgent care so close to home! The Dr., nurse and front desk staff were so professional and kind? You can tell they love what they do and feel the warmth from the moment you walk in. THAT was my first review, fast forward a few months and i've received a bill that i have to email to the billing department and wait days for a follow up. The urgent care itself has outsourced it's billing, but first off I paid a copay and before i walked in for services i made SURE to ask if my insurance would be covered and they said yes. Now I have to sit here dealing with the bill... not cool.

We had an excellent experience here! My daughter received her first set of stitches here on her chin and everything went so smoothly- both for a nervous mom and a brave girl! The staff was attentive and service was quick. Dr. Dimitri helped tremendously in allowing us to feel calm throughout the whole procedure. He was very interactive and explained all thoroughly. My daughter was very happy to see him again when it was time to remove the stitches, as well. She healed beautifully thanks to his care. Highly recommended!

excellent service! we saw a female doctor on a weekend and she was extremely thorough and took the time to explain everything in detail. all the other staff members were great as well.

Fast service and caring staff. The drs are all very attentive and thorough . They make sure they check the patients history thoroughly each visit . My daughter has always been very comfortable there.

This was our first time here and I was so pleasantly surprised at our experience. We came as walk-ins and even so we didn't wait long at all. check in was super quick and easy- the receptionist was very nice as well. The MA? I think named Marjorie was efficient and so kind with my daughter. My daughter has had a lot of painful strep swabs so she was very hesitant but this time was quick and painless. Then she was examined by the nurse practitioner Metin. He has such a lovely approach with kids! He listened to my daughter and was super thorough, adding really helpful recommendations. I'm so glad I listened to the reviews and came here.
