Although the final result turned out ok it was very disappointing that I had to reach out to Riley to have my yard cleaned up from all of the debris left and had to wait over the weekend, upsetting my husband and I as we had guests coming. His crew left before 3:30pm and despite my telling them about the debris, they didn’t clean it up. I guess you would have to watch them the whole time and stop them if they started to leave. Plus, Riley told me that he would come over to discuss and then didn’t. I would recommend getting a detailed quote as he said he gave me his “first time customer discount” but that was unclear as he just gave me one number. Overall a frustrating experience and I won’t be using them again.

Riley responded quickly to give us a quote. We were able to schedule him and his team to come out while we were on vacation. They arrived promptly and Riley and his team were super nice and did a great job. The odds were getting worse that the next big storm may land our beautiful tree on the house. Very reasonable pricing and gave him two additional trees to remove. Kept promised date on time. Due to location of trees brought in truck - minor damage to light fixture which was replaced with a new one prior to end of work. Highly professional and responsive. Insured and customer friendly. Entire staff of workers were pleasant, professional and worked with care. Highly recommend Israel and his crew - they did a very professional job of removing our trees and cleaning the area.

This is our second time working with Next Generation Landscaping and Tree Service LLC, and once again, they exceeded our expectations. Last year they installed sod in our backyard, and this year they beautifully refreshed our front flowerbeds. Riley and his team did an awesome job cutting down and removing one of our huge maple trees. We also had them do some stump grinding as well. Everything was hauled off with no damage to our yard, and the clean-up looks great! I would highly recommend this company any day. From showing up to give us the estimate, arriving on time to do the work, then being 100% satisfied with the completed job, we can't be more thankful that we stumbled on this company. Riley and his crew came out and knocked out all 4 of our flowerbeds in no time. They were professional and super helpful when we were indecisive. Will definitely be doing more work with them in the Future!
