I’ve been coming here for a couple of years now. This place is the absolute best! Amazing customer service, always welcoming. Kay is the absolute best. She has always done my nails and she does a fantastic job. Very skilled and creative! I get compliments on my nails all the time! I would never go anywhere else! 10/10

Jenny is absolutely amazing!! I have been coming here for 4 years and she’s always been a delightful person and detail oriented. She makes sure everything is sanitized and is a great therapist I must say. She’s seen me through so many stages of life. She’s like family to me now. The place is very lively with such friendly people! It was my first time there as my husband and I celebrated a late anniversary together here. We got a nice treatment with relaxing foot massages, manicures and pedicures. The cleanliness and brightness of the place made it very homey and I felt right at home enjoying all the amenities there! They do such a great job and the detail to things is impeccable. If you are concerned with anything, they are willing to work things out with you to make sure you have the best experience! I would highly recommend anyone who wants a good time and great works! Also, shoutout to Yura and Vivian who worked on us! And even Shirley who made sure my husband and I got a great suggestion package to enjoy together! They are so sweet and wonderful! 💕

I had the BEST experience at NextGen Spa with Chloe! She absolutely nailed (literally!) my set. I came in wanting something soft, elegant, and a little eye-catching, and she delivered beyond expectations. The shape is flawless, the chrome shimmer is stunning in every light, and the hand-painted floral detail is next-level artistry. Chloe is meticulous, patient, and clearly passionate about what she does. You can tell she takes pride in her work because every nail is perfectly shaped and finished. The salon itself is clean, welcoming, and relaxing — such a great vibe from the moment you walk in. I’ve been going to NexGen Nails Spa since 2022, and I can honestly say their staff is hands down the best. I’ve tried several nail techs there, and every single one of them is talented. That said, Tina is my absolute favorite. No matter the design I bring to her, she always delivers and gives 1000% to her work. Her attention to detail and dedication to her artwork truly show in every set. I always leave beyond satisfied—she never disappoints. 💅✨

I’ve been coming to Nexgen for my nails for a while now and I always have a great experience. The staff is so friendly and welcoming every time. Martin did an amazing job on my nails he was detailed, patient, and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. This was my first time trying builder gel and I’m officially obsessed! My nails look so clean, strong, and beautiful. Highly recommend Nexgen and definitely ask for Martin! he’s the best!

Today was my first time visiting Nexgen Spa and Nails and I will definitely be back! I am new to the area and chose to visit based on other reviews I saw. The reviews don’t lie! Katie was very nice and did an amazing job with my nails! They came out exactly how I wanted.

I went in today to get my nails done and told them I was fine with whoever was available because I didn’t want to wait. I’ve been a regular customer since 2021. They assigned me to a technician, but I wasn’t understanding the technician they put me with. Then I saw Tina, who usually does my nails, and asked if she could take me instead. She said she was busy, yet she was sitting and chatting with other technicians the whole time. What made it worse is that the customer who ended up with Tina wasn’t even scheduled with her. That customer was sitting in another spot and then moved to sit in front of Tina when she was ready, so there was clearly no appointment booked, despite what the manager claimed. I told the front desk I was upset. The receptionist said she would ask the manager about a discount, but when the manager came out, she immediately said no. I wasn’t asking for a discount, what bothered me was the unprofessional behavior. The whole experience was very disappointing. I’ll post a picture of my nails so you can see the final result.

Teresa did my fingernails—she is so gentle, professional, and such a talented artist. I was truly amazed at her work; every detail was perfect! Jordan took care of my pedicure, and wow—he made me feel like a queen! 👑 The pampering, attention to detail, and overall experience were absolutely wonderful. If you’re looking for skilled, caring, and talented nail technicians, I highly recommend Teresa and Jordan.
