Dr Darren is a very careful person. He did a very good job cleaning my mother's ear wax, so patient and gentle. I think its much safer to come here for a professional service than any of the earwax cleaning center out there. Dr Darren is a very kind soul.

Dr. Darren was so professional and explains each step very clearly before cleaning my ear canals. The place is prestine. Recommended by a friend and very glad to have paid a visit here.

Highly recommend this clinic. My 11 year old son was complaining of a blocked ear and headache so we brought him in for a check up. Darren was incredibly gentle, patient and thorough in the cleaning and gave us good information too. My son was comfortable the whole time and didn’t even complain once. Thank you so much, we are very grateful and will come back again.

Dr Darren was a humble professional. We learned about how to clean our ears better and not abuse them. Even a well cleaned ears may have hearing problems too, so we shouldnt put on earphones for too long. He even explained how a good hearing test result should look like on a graph paper. We are looking forward to try it on the hearing machine next time. It is RM100 per test. The whole procedure took roughly 40 mins for a pair of ears. 1. Inspection for both ears 2. Actual cleaning on left ear 3. Let the left ear rest and work on the right ear 4. Inspect and show there is a thin layer of ear wax on the ear drum for both ears 5. Resume cleaning on the left ear to remove the thin layer of ear wax from the ear drum. 6. Repeat for the right ear. 7. Wash left ear and dry the ear. 8. Repeat for right ear. 9. Final inspect for both ears. Depending on condition, the charge is RM150-300. (Ours was RM300 😹) Consultation is RM50. He does it in his office in which I stayed silent as he work and it was rather peaceful and calming 😌 Overall would recommend his expert services. The toilet was fine, just bring your own tissues and paper hand soaps.

Price: for first timer & with such amount of wax to clear - RM300 is money well spent. Location: easy to find with Waze, ample parking space Definitely recommended for anyone to visit this centre and get your ear (wax) checked.

Was hearing weird popping sounds whenever I yawned. Suspected ear clogged with wax. True enough when Dr. Darren showed me the insides of my ear it was clogged. He very patiently and gently scrapped and cleaned my ears. Showed me the after photos as well. Totally clean. Price abit steep but worth the money. Heard some clinics use water spray to clean which can lead to infection if spray too hard. Dr. Darren manually scraped and cleaned so I felt more at ease. Highly recommended

Darren takes his time to explain as best as he can before, during and after the process. Anyone can seek advice from him if want to have better knowledge on how to take care of the ears. He patiently remove the wax from my ears. If anyone is okay with the price. It's good to pay visit for ear wax removal/cleaning to able to hear better. Both of my ears cleaning cost RM 300 + RM 50 consultation fee and it took almost 1 hour to complete the process. My appointment was on 27 March 2025 from 11.00am to almost 12pm.
