Manage My Health is used by many medical practices to share patient's records. There are other similar providers. This clinic hasn't used them for several reasons, but most importantly due to security concerns. None of the patient records held at this clinic are shared on-line. Ironically my own GP uses Manage My Health, so my own medical records have been compromised.
