I recently hit a deer and the front fender of my car was badly damaged. I brought my vehicle to this auto body shop. The team was professional, honest, and incredibly skilled. They repaired the damage perfectly — you can’t even tell anything happened. The paint matches flawlessly, the bodywork is smooth, and everything looks brand new again. On top of that, the customer service was excellent. They kept me informed throughout the process, finished the job on time, and treated me with respect from start to finish. It’s rare to find a shop that does high-quality work and also cares about its customers. Thank you for doing such an amazing job on my car. I highly recommend this shop to anyone who needs reliable, you won’t regret it thanks again.

THEY HAVE THIEVES WORKING WITH THEM. BE CAREFUL!!. So I had my car taken in from someone hitting my car and her insurance was GEICO. They ended up taking a week and a half to determine my car was a “total loss”(mind you the car is from 2002) and in the process of doing so took apart the car and then made me pay for the pieces to be put back on(not put back on correctly and then even so killed my battery which was working perfectly fine) NOT TO MENTION once I got my car back all of my glove compartment/middle console belongings were all over the passenger seat. Tools in my trunk were left all over the place that i had never touched and then they also left garbage in my car. My Bluetooth, earrings, hats, steering wheel lock, and couple of other items were all stolen from my car under their care. I went and confronted them about it and they said they’d check cameras to see who was behind it but never reached back out to me and I doubt they did anything with genuine repercussions cause they were extremely nonchalant about it as if it’s happened before. DO NOT RECOMMEND especially if your car is on the older side cause they’re just going to treat you and your car like it’s lesser than and not worth their time

ONE OF THE BEST BODY SHOPS IN CLIFTON-- I was involved in an accident and came across New Trimble Auto. The mechanic that helped me was Kelvin. He was fast, honest and wasted no time in repairing my car. He made it look new again. He helped me get my car up and running in a few days. This came in handy since I had the accident one day before starting a new job. I will be conducting all my car needs here and I highly recommend them. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. When you go to the shop, ask for Kelvin, he will help you out for sure.

Top notch service from start to finish. They repaired my car as part of a Geico insurance claim. Customer service was excellent, from the service desk to drivers and repair technicians. They provided frequent status updates throughout the entire process via texts. The car was cleaned inside and out at pickup. They even offered to pick me up to get my car back during an especially freezing morning. This place is highly recommended.
